In the chapter three, by using the comparison principle and frequency domain method of the discrete systems with time-delay, combining Rouche Theorem, sufficient criterions for the stabilization of the neutral type discrete control systems with multiple time-delay and the neutral type interval coefficient discrete control systems with multiple time-delay are obtained by choosing appropriate feedback controller.

Through the comparisons, it was observed that there were extensive conserved relationships of maize QTL affected plant height, row number, and kernels per row with rice QTL affected plant height, tillers per plant, and grains per panicle respectively. 16 of 45 QTL affecting five different maize traits were conserved compared with 12 of 38 QTL affecting five different rice traits, which provided some useful information for locating, isolating and cloning maize QTL by using the rice genomic data.

Hierarchical linear modeling is the most frequently used technique for analyzing multilevel data. In this paper, the twelve key issues in multilevel research and/or using HLM software were reviewed, and provided their exact meanings and feasible solutions. The 12 key issues included intraclass correlation coefficient, sample sizes, formation of organizational constructs, centering problems, fixed effect and random effect, estimation methods, goodness of fit index, explained variation, multicollinearity, robust standard error, level one variance equation, and empirical Bayes estimates.
