摘 要：刚刚过去的2007年，受人民币升值、出口退税政策调整、原材料价格上涨以及美国次贷危机等国际、国内多种不利因素的影响，我国纺织服装行业内忧外患。2007年我国纺织品服装出口1711.7亿美元，增长18.9%，增幅回落至20%以内，成为自2003年以来出口增幅首次低于20%的年度。2008年伊始，新《劳动合同法》开始实施，由此增加企业用工成本。
