Objective To study the technique of using Nd:YAG laser in treating after-cataract in outpatients and to prevent complications.Methods According to the thickness of membrane to choose laser power.The methods of capsulotomy were crossed,horizontal,vertital,can-opening or circular along papillary margin.Results The result was satisfactory.

目的 探讨采用Nd：YAG激光行后囊膜切开术治疗后发性白内障的方法及其并发症的防治方法回顾分析我院门诊对74例98眼后发性白内障患者进行Nd：YAG激光后囊切开术，探讨根据膜的厚薄选择激光能量，分别采用&十&字切开（若后囊有张力者行张力线切开）、横形、纵形切开及环形或瞳孔缘开罐式切开方法。

According to research on space between wheel and Cart rut traverse curve of single roadway, the width of strip slab was fixed. When there was horizontal loading on slab, contact state between strip slab and base course was studied, and finite element model was established. Comparing maximum principle stress among different load position on slab, it was found that the critical loading position of cement concrete strips pavement was the middle of longitudinal joint.

Result:Characteristics of the tangentical longitudinal section of stem with resin and surface view of leaves were elucidated.Besides xylem vessels and fibers of the stem,it was found that the red resin also exists in the cortex parenchyma cells of the stem and the medulla and xylem of the root.According to the HPLC fingerprint analysis result of the stems with and without resin,a number of flavones and stilbenoids were detected in the stem in which resin appeared after it wounded.

结果：阐明了含树脂茎的纵切结构以及叶的表面观特征；除了茎木质部导管和纤维中有树脂外，发现剑叶龙血树受到损伤之后在茎皮层薄壁细胞、根的髓部和木质部亦有树脂的分布；含树脂茎和无树脂茎的指纹图谱显示剑叶龙血树茎在形成树脂后的化学成分中出现了较多的黄酮类、茋类成分。

Leaves are generally semi-evergreen, made up of 3-9 lanceolate or ovate leaflets that are deep green during the growth period, and change color to purple-green in autumn. Flowers of 5-10 cm across are set singly on long stems (10-15 cm) growing out of leaf axils.
