And its components and mass percents are: butyl titanate at 1-15%; zinc diethyl at 1-12%; absolute ethyl alcohol at 1-20%; glacial acetic acid at 5-15%; and aminoethyl alcohol at 0.1-5%, and the left is water. The invention has lower cost and simple process.
