纯威士忌

If a whisky distiller y was owned by whisky enthusiasts, like you and me, instead of big corporate entities, what would it be like?

I personnaly ramain impartial and enjoy very much pure whisky without being finished off with sherry wood, or numerous other wood finishes which are widely available on the market such as Part, Claret, Chardonnay, Rum, Burgundy and now Sauterne finish.

我个人比较喜爱纯香且不曾放於雪莉桶中陈年的原味威士忌，或是现今市面上陈年各种不同的橡木桶威士忌。如：波特桶、夏多内桶、莱姆桶、勃根地桶及梭甸桶等。
