Among 1522 cases of leprosy under MDT the disability rate is 57.9%,in Hu- nan Province,of which 63.3% was in Grade Ⅰ and 36.7% in Grade Ⅱ and Ⅲ,including clawhand in 39.9%,plantar ulcer in 28.5%,lagophthalmos in 13.6% and facial paralysis in 3.7%,and the visible disability took mainly place before using WHO's MDT,but there also were new disability after MDT among those who had some disability.

调查1522例用 MDT 的麻风患者中的畸残，发现畸残率为57.9%，其中Ⅰ级63.3%，Ⅱ～Ⅲ级36。%。Ⅱ～Ⅲ级畸残者在手、脚、眼及面部以爪形指、足底溃疡、兔眼和面瘫的发生率最高分别占39.6%、28.5%、13.6和3.7%。Ⅱ～Ⅲ级畸残主要发生在 MDT 前，他们在用 MDT 后发生新畸残的也较多。

Early CT signs in the deep MCA territories were divided into three grades according to their anatomic location: grade I, normal basal ganglia with hypodensity localized to the insula; grade II, partial obscuration of the posterolateral part of the putamen; and grade III, hypodensity of the entire lentiform nucleus.

将深部大脑中动脉分布区出现的早期CT征象，依据其解剖位置而划分为3级：I级：低密度区局限于岛叶，基底节区正常；II级：部分壳核后外侧区出现低密度；III级：整个豆状核区均出现低密度。

Two earthquakes of M S 6.0 and M S 5.8 occurred on Jan. 3,1994 and on Feb. 16,1994 in Gonghe county of Qinghai Province. The macroseismic epicenter of the Gonghe M S6.0 earthquake was at Hongqi village of Heka town, 7km south to the Tanggemu farm. The intensity at the epicenter was Ⅷ. 9 people were slightly injured during the event. The direct economic loss was 57.4486 million Yuan.

1994年1月3日、2月16日在青海省共和县发生6.0级和5.8级地震，6.0级地震的微观震中为36.07° N 、100.16° E ，宏观震中位于塘格木农场南部约7km 的河卡乡红旗村牧业点，震中烈度Ⅷ度；5.8级地震的微观震中为36.13° N 、100.17° E ，宏观震中位于塘格木农场北东约21km 处的沙珠玉乡上卡力岗村，震中烈度Ⅶ度1）。

ResultsAccording to Simpson's resection degree, 19 cases were treated with resection of grade Ⅰ, 7 with grade Ⅱ, 2 with grade Ⅲ, and 1 with grade IV. Of them, 2 recrudescent cases were performed resection again, and no death or dangerous hemorrhage occurred in the operation.

结果按Simpson切除程度：Ⅰ级切除19例、Ⅱ级切除7例、Ⅲ级切除2例、Ⅳ级切除1例，术后复发2例，均再次手术切除，术中无1例死亡或出现凶险大出血。

As regards to age,gender andhistopathological characters,the 33 cases were as follows:①age,27-67years old(Median 45 years old);②gender,28 males and 5 females;③themaximum diameter of lesions,1.0-12.5cm(Mean5.9cm);④the histology,trabecular type 18 cases(18/33,54.5%),pseudoglandular 4(4/33,12.1%),compact 7(7/33,21.2%)and scirrhous 4(4/33,12.1%);⑤Edmondson-Steiner classification,gradeⅠ3 cases(3/33,9.1%),Ⅱ14(14/33,42.2%),Ⅲ 12(12/33,36.4%)and Ⅳ 4(4/33,12.1%).

年龄、性别及组织病理学方面结果如下：①年龄，27-67岁(Median 45岁)；②性别，男性28例，女性5例；③肿块最大径，1.0-12.5cm(Mean5.9cm)；④组织学类型，小梁型18例(18/33，54.5％)，假腺管型4例(4/33，12.1％)，致密型7例(7/33，21.2％)及硬化型4例(4/33，12.1％)；⑤Edmondson-Steiner分级，Ⅰ级3例(3/33，9.1％)，Ⅱ级14例(14/33，42.2％)，Ⅲ级12例(12/33，36.4％)及Ⅳ级4例(4/33，12.1％)。

Linear opacities appeared in pulmonary fibrosis of gradeⅡor gradeⅢand had statistical significance(P＜0.05);Bullae and pneumothorax were mainly in pulmonary fibrosis of gradeⅢ,difference of appearance of the sign had statistical significance(P＜0.05).The difference of appearance of ground-glass attenuation,consolidation,nodules and subpleural interstitial thickening had no statistical significance in different stages of pulmonary fibrosis. Honeycomb lung and traction bronchiectasis appeared in pulmonary fibrosis of gradeⅢ.

线状影出现于Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级PF，且具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；肺大泡及气胸主要出现于Ⅲ级PF，与其余各级PF之间存在差异(P＜0.05)；磨玻璃影、实变、结节影及胸膜下间质增厚在各级PF出现的差异无统计学意义；蜂窝肺及牵引性支气管扩张都出现于Ⅲ级PF。

对术后4～12个月内的日常生活能力进行分级。结果无1例死亡，生存者的ADL分级为：1～2级10例，3级5例，4级4例，5级1例。结论Toth水解剖技术用于小骨窗经侧裂入路手术治疗高血压壳核出血简单、安全、有效。

Conservative treatment, debridement and suturing and deep mattress suture were taken for I-II degree liver trauma, greater omentum or gelatin tamponage plus suture were chosen for III degree liver injury, debridement with partial hepatectomy was chosen for IV degree liver injury and gauze tamponage and infeior vena cave in posterior liver repairing resection was performed depending on position of liver injuries and general conditions of the patients. Results showed that the total cue rate was 94.2%.

级肝损伤采用保守治疗、单纯清创缝合和深部褥式缝合的方法，Ⅲ级损伤选择大网膜或明胶海棉填塞加缝合的术式，Ⅳ级损伤行清创性肝切除术，Ⅴ级损伤则根据患者损伤的部位及全身情况采用单纯纱布填塞和肝后下腔静脉修补术，结果治愈率达94.2%。

4 Results of nondestructive test for weld joints shall be graded according to JB 4730. Following requirements shall be met: a For radial test, quality grade of radial transillumination can't be lower than Grade AB, and that of weld joints shall meet table 10; b For supersonic test, approval standard for weld joints are as follows: 1 For weld joints of 100% supersonic test, grade Ⅰ. 2 For weld joints of local supersonic test, grade Ⅱ. c For magnetic particle test and penetration test, grade Ⅰ.

7.5.4 管道焊接接头的无损检测应按 JB 4730 进行焊缝缺陷等级评定，并符合下列要求： a 射线检测时，射线透照质量等级不得低于 AB 级，焊接接头经射线检测后的合格等级应符合表 10 的规定； b 超声波检测时，管道焊接接头经检测后的合格标准如下： 1 规定进行 100%超声波检测的焊接接头 I 级合格； 2 局部进行超声波检测的焊接接头 II 级合格； c 磁粉检测和渗透检测的焊接接头 I 级合格。

The investigations in this thesis focus on several aspects as follows: We investigate the method that how to produce permutation matrix by using chaotic map, and get the method of image permutation based on chaotic map. This method can make original image to unorderly image to protect the true content of image. We investigate gray level mix function, and put forward a gray level mix function based on chaotic map. Because this function has chaotic characteristics, the image dealed with this function has very uniform histogram. Aiming at the contradiction between error robust and security on image encryption, we put forward a kind of gray level mix function including diffusion mechanism.

本文的研究工作主要集中在以下几方面：研究了如何利用混沌映射产生置乱矩阵的方法，给出了基于混沌的数字图像置乱方法，该方法能够将原始图像变成面目全非的杂乱图像，从而保护了数字图像的真实内容；研究了灰级混合函数，提出了基于混沌的灰级混合函数，由于该函数具有混沌特性，所以经过该函数处理后的图像具有非常均衡的灰级直方图；针对图像加密的错误鲁棒性与安全性之间的矛盾，提出了一种含有扩散机制的灰级混合函数。
