Abstract］ Objective To investigate the clinical value of fiberoptic bronchoscopy in diagnosing the cause of chronic cough.

摘要］ 目的对55例原因不明的慢性咳嗽患者进行纤维支气管镜检查，评价纤维支气管镜在不明原因的慢性咳嗽中的应用价值。

Methods After exduded the diagnosis of cough variant asthma,postnasal drip syndrome and gastroesophageal reflux,the 55 patients suffered from chronic cough of unknown for 8 weeks were examined with fiberoptic bronchoscopy.

摘要］ 目的对55例原因不明的慢性咳嗽患者进行纤维支气管镜检查，评价纤维支气管镜在不明原因的慢性咳嗽中的应用价值。

Traditional examination adopts the local topical anesthesia,where the patients are examined in the conscious state,which can easily result in the physiological and psychological indisposition of patients and make them suffer a lot; whereas the anodynia fibreoptic bronchoscopy can be applied to effectively cope with such deficiencies and thus is welcomed by both the patients and clinical physicians.

传统的纤维支气管镜检查方法是采用局部表面麻醉，患者在清醒状态下接受检查，易致患者出现生理、心理不适，使患者承受巨大痛苦；而无痛纤维支气管镜检查的应用则能有效地克服这些不足，从而提高了检查的成功率与复查率。

A little capillary hemorrhage was found in the 20 cases after bronchofibroscope lung biopsy, and 8 cases received the 1 millilitre of 0.001% adrenaline to hemostasis. 1 case were with chest distress after operation, and confirmed to be pneumothorax by X-ray and received aerofluxus treatment.

本组20例患者活检后纤维支气管镜下见少量渗血，8例予纤维支气管镜下注入1∶10000肾上腺素出血停止；1例术后出现胸闷，经胸部X线检查发现气胸并给予胸穿排气后治愈。
