结果 ：CT诊断为鼻咽癌 4 4例，经病理检查证实者 35例，其余为非霍奇金淋巴瘤 2例，鼻咽结核 3例，鼻咽淋巴增生 3例，鼻咽囊肿 1例；CT报告鼻咽炎症 11例，而经活检后病理确诊为鼻咽癌 2例，慢性炎症 6例，鼻咽结核 1例，鼻咽囊肿 2例；CT诊断鼻咽纤维血管瘤 4例，均得到病理证实。
