Recombinant apoE〓 protein could inhibit the death of the neurocyte cell of mice brain induced by beta amyloidal peptide 25-35 fragment and the death of the SK-N-SH-neuroblastoma cell induced by beta amyloidal peptide 25-35 fragment and 1-40 fragment.

重组apoE〓蛋白对Aβ 25—35多肽诱导的胎鼠大脑皮质神经细胞凋亡及Aβ25-35和A β1-40多肽诱导的神经成纤维胶质瘤细胞生存力下降均具有明显的拮抗作用，表明apoE对神经退化性疾病中的细胞死亡具有拮抗作用。

The pcDNA〓-apoE〓 plasmid was transfected to SK-N-SH Neuroblastoma cell by liposome. It could be screened by G〓. The immunohistochemical assay was shown that neuroblastoma cell transfected by pcDNA〓-apoE〓 expressed the recombinant apoE protein. The intracellular expressed recombinant protein could inhibit the death of neuroblastoma cell induced by beta amyloidal peptides 25-35 fragment.

用pcDNA〓—apoE〓真核表达载体与脂质体共转染神经成纤维胶质瘤细胞，用G〓选择压力筛选，细胞免疫荧光检测表明，pcDNA〓—apoE〓转染的神经成纤维胶质瘤细胞表达了apoE〓重组蛋白，这种内源性的apoE〓重组蛋白对25μM Aβ25—35多肽诱导的神经成纤维胶质瘤细胞的死亡具有拮抗作用。

Materials and Methods: Six patients with left frontal lobe tumors (4 gliomas, 1 germinoma, 1 intra-axial cavernoma) close to Brocca and Wernicke language areas were studied. BOLD and DTI were performed on a 3.0T magnet GE Signa Excite~(? HD_X, BOLD using the word association paradigm developed in Part I and DTT technique developed in PartII. Language activation maps and fiber tracts were superimposed upon high resolution T1 weighted anatomic images of the brain for displaying the relationship between tumor, language functional areas and white matter tracts.

材料和方法：使用GE 3.0 T Singa Excite~ HD_x超导磁共振成像系统，对6例左侧语言相关脑区肿瘤(Ⅲ-Ⅳ级胶质瘤1例，Ⅱ级胶质瘤3例，生殖细胞瘤1例，海绵状血管瘤1例)行BOLD-fMRI及扩散张量成像扫描，BOLD应用语义相关判断作为任务刺激，所有数据进行离线后处理，应用AFNI软件处理BOLD图像，观察语言功能皮层的激活；DTT采用日本东京大学的Volume-one1.56和diffusion TENSOR Visualizer 1.5进行纤维束成像处理。

In this study, immunohistochemical staining was performed with antibodies against D2-40, S100, pankeratin, epithelial membrane antigen, brachyury, and glial fibrillary acidic protein in 4 cases of chordoid glioma, 6 skeletal myxoid chondrosarcomas, 10 chordoid meningiomas, 16 extraskeletal myxoid chondrosarcoma, 18 chordomas, 22 low-grade chondrosarcomas, and 27 enchondromas.

本研究中，我们给4例脊索样胶质瘤、6例骨的黏液样软骨肉瘤、10脊索样脑膜瘤、16例骨外黏液样软骨肉瘤、18例脊索瘤、22例低级别软骨肉瘤和27例内生性软骨瘤做了D2-40、S100、pankeratin、上皮膜抗原、brachyury和胶质纤维酸性蛋白的免疫组化染色。

To explore the expression of neuron specific enolaes, S protein(S100) and glial fibrillary acidic protein in retinoblastoma and its clinical significance.

Methods:Thirty-seven glioma specimens were classified as astrocytoma(25 cases, including 7 fibrillary cases; 6 protoplasmic cases; 12 anaplasfic cases), and glioblastoma( 12 cases,including 4 GBM cases).

37例人脑胶质瘤标本按WHO分类标准(1990)分为：星形细胞瘤(25例，纤维型7例，原浆型6例，间变型12例)，胶质母细胞瘤(12例，包括GBM4例)。

Morphologically similar lesions from 26 patients (mean age, 62 y; range, 46 to 88 y; male/female ratio, 10/16) were retrieved from surgical pathology and consult files. Clinical and endoscopic data were obtained, and immunohistochemistry for S-100 protein, glial fibrillary acidic protein, neurofilament protein, epithelial membrane antigen, claudin-1, CD34, smooth muscle actin, and KIT was performed. The findings were compared with those in mucosal biopsies of 5 submucosal neurofibromas from NF1 patients.
