Methods There were 165 cases of mesenchymal tumors were investigated the expression of nestin by immunohistochemistry, including 96 CD117-positive GISTs, 5 CD117-negative GISTs, 10 oesophagus leiomyomas, 33 digestive tract Schwannomas, 6 fibromatosis and 15 leiomyosarcomas in abdominal cavity.

用免疫组化EnVi-sion法检测96例CD117阳性、5例CD117阴性的GISTs，以及食管平滑肌瘤（10例）、消化道雪旺瘤（33例）、肠纤维瘤病（6例）以及腹腔平滑肌肉瘤（15例），观察这些肿瘤中nestin的表达状况。

Methods A retrospective analysis was made to 5 cases with carcinosarcoma confirmed by pathological study, who received esophageal barium examination, electronic gastroscopic examination and surgical therapy.

回顾性分析5例经病理证实的食管癌肉瘤，5例均行食管钡剂造影和电子纤维胃镜检查，并作病理检查和手术治疗。

E studied expression levels of WAVE1 in six leukemia cell lines (the human Jurkat T leukemia cells, U937 histiocytic lymphoma cells, Burkitts lymphoma cell Raji, acute promyelocytic leukemia cell HL-60, chronic myelogenous leukemia cell K562 and K562/A02) by Western blotting analysis. Levels of WAVE1 expression were high in all six human leukemia cancer cell lines. In contrast, the constitutive expression levels of WAVE1 were noticeably lower in normal human peripheral blood mononuclear cells, or non-blood cancer cell-lines, including human lung A549 cancer cells, Hela cervical cancer cells, MG-63 osteosarcoma cells, CNE2 nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells, human umbilical vein endothelial cell, QSG7701 hepatocarcinoma cells, and WI-38 lung fibroblastoma cells.

MethodsThe transplanted tumor model of the mouse S180 sarcoma was established.Fifty mice were randomly divided into five groups,the control group,the CTX group,the Gecko group.They were treated respectively with oral administration of saline,and intraperitoneal injection of CTX 100 mg/kg only one time,oral administration of Gecko in doses of 13.5,9,4.5 g/kg,one time a day.After 14 days,the anti-tumor activity was evaluated by tumor tissue weighing. The impact on immune organ was detected by accounting thymus index, spleen index and the number of peritoneal macrophage which phagocytose chicken red blood cells.The protein express of vascular endothelin growth factor and basic fibroblast growth factor were detected by SABC immunohistochemistry.

方法建立移植瘤小鼠S180肉瘤模型，将50只雌鼠随机分为对照组、环磷酰胺组、壁虎高组、中组、低组共5组，分别给于生理盐水灌胃1次/d，CTX（100 mg/kg）腹腔注射1次，壁虎高、中、低组（13.5，9，4.5 g/kg），每天灌胃1次。14 d后，称取荷瘤小鼠瘤重、胸腺重、脾脏重，计算抑瘤率、胸腺指数、脾脏指数，观察腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡血红细胞实验指标；用SABC免疫组化法检测血管内皮生长因子、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子的蛋白表达，TUNEL方法检测细胞凋亡率。

Results Among the 135 cases,128 cases were breast invasive ductile carcinoma,3cases were sifter-like carcinoma,1case was medullary carcinoma,2cases were carcinoma in the suit and 1case was fibroma with sarcomatous change.

结果 135例乳腺癌中，乳腺浸润性导管癌128例，筛状癌3例，髓样癌1例，小叶癌原位癌2例和纤维腺瘤伴肉瘤变1例。
