The goal of this thesis is to establish a fundamental evaluation method for the characterization of the structure and performance of the hollow fiber membrane to improve the conglutinate growth and distribution of hepatocytes on the PSF hollow fiber membrane for the next step.

本论文旨在通过对这种专用中空纤维膜的结构和性能的表征，确定基础的测试评价方法，为后续肝细胞在聚砜中空纤维膜上的贴壁生长和分布奠定基础。

Efficacy: it can effectively discompose melanin, inhibit tyrosinase activity, cut off root of melanin generation, deep whiten and nourish skin, remove sallow and dull skin, present whitening and crystalline skin, resist oxidation and remove free radical, promote substrate cells'regeneration and splitting, promote elastic fiber and collagen fiber growth, and resume skin elasticity and luster.

Objective To investigate the effect of hepatocyte growth factor on expression of matrix metalloproteinase13, tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinase-1 and transforming growth factor β-1 in experimental hepatic fibrosis in rats and its possible mechanism.

目的 研究肝细胞生长因子对实验性肝纤维化大鼠的基质金属蛋白酶13(MMP-13)，抑制因子1(TIMP-1)，转移生长因子β1表达的影响，探讨HGF抗肝纤维化作用的可能机制。

Methods : From July 2003 to November 2007, 21 cases of sarcoma and SC Cancerous ulcer patients were treated, among which 11 cases male and 10 cases female, the age 14~83 (average 50 years old) and upper limb 6 cases and lower limb 15 cases; The pathologic diagnosis is: SC 6 cases, synovial sarcoma 4 cases, malignant fibrohistiocytoma 3 cases, adipose sarcoma 2 cases, osteogenic sarcoma 2 cases, malignant melanoma 2 cases, sarcoma epithelioides 1 case, derma-eminence fibrosarcoma 1 case.

自2003年7月～2007年11月治疗21例肉瘤及鳞癌性溃疡患者，男性11例，女性10例，年龄14～83（平均50岁）。上肢6例，下肢15例；病理为：鳞癌6例，滑膜肉瘤4例，恶性纤维组织细胞瘤3例，脂肪肉瘤2例，骨肉瘤2例，恶性黑色素瘤2例，上皮样肉瘤1例，皮肤隆突性纤维肉瘤1例。

After treated in 4% paraformaldehyde,we applied Hematoxylin-Eosin and Nissl staining to exhibit the structure of the retinae and ganglion cells respectively,and also we used immunohistochemical ABC method to display the distribution of GFAP-immunoreactive cells that were specifically classified as the astrocytes.

In the SMC of the normal rabbits, myofilaments and macula densa were abundant, few mitochondrla and endoplasmic reticulums were found around the nuclear, and the SMC was in the contractive stage. In the SMC of the model rabbits, few myofilaments and macula densa were found, rough surfaced endoplasmic reticulums and mitochondria were abundant, some phagocytosed much lipid and became foam cells, the SMC was in the synthetic stage.

实验12周，高脂组家兔主动脉斑块面积百分比为47.69±12.84％，内膜斑块厚度为0.68±0.08mm，内膜斑块横断面积与中膜面积比值为1.28±0.35；内膜脂质斑块弥漫且较厚，有大量的泡沫细胞堆积，可达8～10层，管腔直径变小，内膜不光滑；泡沫细胞内富含脂滴，呈椭圆形气球样，有的斑块中可见显著的平滑肌细胞增生及大量的弹力纤维形成。

RESULTS:In BN rat retina,Cx43 was immunolocalized to internal limiting membrane,nerve fiber layer,ganglion cell layer and pigment epithelium.Cx43 appeared in the form of distinct puncta distributed on ganglion cell.

结果：正常视网膜内界膜，视神经纤维层以及神经节细胞层明显表达，神经节细胞表达的主要位置是细胞质和细胞膜，色素上皮细胞全层表达，内外颗粒层及内外层状层无表达。

Solution of iodine reaction showed purple-brown, reddish violet.

结果 性状主要特征为有时具姜样气味；显微主要特征为多糖类团块、厚壁细胞、薄壁细胞、草酸钙针晶束及姜的淀粉粒、梯纹导管、纤维、油细胞等；碘试液反应呈紫棕、红紫色。

Our research work investigated the possibility of applying the vaccine to gene therapy of CEA positive tumors and set the foundation for further study of its clinical application.

为解决上述问题、提高基因治疗的安全性，本研究采用细胞移植免疫用隔离工具-微胶囊包裹转染部分CEA基因的人成纤维样骨髓基质细胞HFCL，制备出CEA微囊化转基因细胞疫苗，并进行了疫苗在小鼠体内的表达及其免疫学性质的研究，探讨该疫苗应用于CEA阳性肿瘤治疗的可能性，并为进一步的临床应用研究奠定了基础。

The present study is designed to seek the evidences of regeneration of auditory epithelia and acoustic nerve in the postnatal chick, By using the methods of tissue cultures, scanning electron microscopy, autoradiography and the cell image analysis technique, we observed the regeneration of auditory hair cell after intense sound exposure, and also neuron repair following a mechanical injury with either in vivo or in vitro.

本研究应用物理性噪声，建立了内耳听器-基底乳头声损伤的模型和初级听神经元纤维机械损伤的模型。在此基础上应用体外组织细胞培养、扫描电镜、放射自显影、光镜以及细胞图象分析等多种形态学方法，综合分析了听觉毛细胞和初级神经元轴突的再生反应。
