纤维细胞

GHK is a tripeptide found in normal human plasma. It was found to accelerate growth in cultured cells and tissues e.g. fibroblasts, macrophages.

Transmissionalelectron microscope showed that some cells had the morphological characteristics ofmitochondria swelling, morphological changes were condensation of nuclear chromatininto dense masses,followed by its marginating against the nuclear envelope, andespecially concentration of cytoplasm association with lots of lipid droplet.

人工感染雏鹅实验中，雏鹅临床表现为高发病率和高死亡率，食欲和饮水减少，拉白色、黄绿色稀粪，伴有神经症状；常规组织学观察，脾脏和胰腺肿大，有白色坏死斑点，肠道出血和坏死，肝脏肿大变性，肾脏肿大变性有尿酸盐沉着等；用特殊染色和组织化学方法首次对人工感染鹅副粘病毒的雏鹅的重要脏器进行研究，结果表明：胰腺中发现病毒包涵体，肠道中大量纤维素以及胶原纤维增生，肾脏、肺脏大量含铁血黄素沉着，免疫器官如脾脏和淋巴结中T、B淋巴细胞大量减少；电镜下多种细胞呈现线粒体水肿，多种实质细胞的染色质固缩，染色质边集，特别是细胞内容物如脂肪滴增多的病理变化特征。

(1) Oxidative/antioxidative reactions, inflammatory reactions, apoptosis in lung are involved in the pathogenesis of HILI;(2) ABX, rHuEPO have protective effects on HILI respectively;(3) Hyperoxia can increase VILI in rats, but has little effects with low tidal volume mechanical ventilation.

结论(1)氧化抗氧化失衡，炎症反应，肺内细胞凋亡参与了高氧所致成年大鼠肺损伤的过程；(2)ABX通过抗炎、抗氧化、抑制细胞凋亡作用对成年大鼠高氧肺损伤具有保护作用；rHuEPO通过抗炎、抗氧化、抑制细胞凋亡及一定程度的抗纤维化作用对成年大鼠高氧肺损伤具有保护作用；(3)高浓度氧能明显加重大鼠通气机所致肺损伤，而高浓度氧对小潮气量通气影响较小。

Pathologic examination included: tubulointerstitial lesion which was the main pathologic presentation, tubular epithelial cell becoming flat, TEC necrosis and wither, departure between the cytoplasm and basis membrane, drops of protein in cytoplasm, broken basic membrane of TEC, inflammatory cells infiltrating in tubulointerstitium, tubulointerstitium fibrosis, plasm cell infiltration.

MM肾损害主要以小管-间质病变为主，病理表现为肾小管上皮细胞扁平，存在不同程度变性、坏死或萎缩，胞浆与基膜分离，胞浆内可见蛋白滴，甚至小管基膜断裂，间质炎性细胞浸润、纤维化，部分有淀粉样物质沉积，较少见浆细胞浸润。
