Abstract］ objective to study the pathological features and histopathological type and differential diagnosis of hepatic focal nodular hyperplasia.methods the clinicopathological characteristics of 40 cases of fnh were studied.all were evaluted by use of paraffin embedded sections and he staining before light microcope observation.results there were 28 females and 12 males fnh patients whose age were from 16 to 62 years（median 41.3）,all alpha-fetoprotein was negative and had no hepatitis history.25 cases were classic type showed characteristic central stellate fibrotic scar,composed of fibrous connestive tissue and tortuous blood vessels.8 cases were telangiectic type,the left were mixed type and adenomatoid type.conclusion fnh is a reactive proliferation of hepatic cells to local blood vessel anomalies,it is not realy a tumor.its differential diagnosis includes hepatic adenomatous hyperplasia nodule,hepatic anaplasia nodular hyperplasia,fibrolamellar hepatocellular carcinoma and hepatocellular adenoma.

目的 探讨肝局灶性结节性增生的病理形态特点、组织分型及鉴别诊断。方法分析40例肝局灶性结节性增生的临床资料，并采用石蜡包埋he染色光镜下观察其组织学特点。结果 40例肝局灶性结节性增生患者中，女28例，男12例，年龄18~62岁，平均年龄41.3岁，所有病例术前均无肝炎病史，甲胎蛋白阴性，组织学上25例为经典型，有特征性的中央纤维瘢痕，由纤维结缔组织及扭曲血管组成。8例为毛细血管扩张型，其余为混合型及腺瘤样增生型。结论肝结节性增生是一种肝细胞对局部血管的异常反应性增生，并非真性肿瘤，主要与肝腺瘤样增生性结节、肝间变性结节状增生、肝纤维板层癌及肝细胞腺瘤鉴别。

RESULTS: The collapse was obvious at weeks 2 and 6 after modeling, with only few granulation tissues and fibrous tissues. No chondrocytes were observed. At weeks 12 and 18, fibrous tissues were found at the defect site, and bone tissue and cartilage proliferation was observed at the bottom and margin. However, it was greatly different from normal cartilage. Moreover, there was still no chondrocytes.

结果：实验兔后腿关节的股骨髁关节面的关节软骨缺损后，在制模后2，6周缺损部位凹陷明显，只有少许肉芽组织和纤维组织生长填充，未见软骨细胞爬行生长，12，18周见缺损部位以纤维组织增生为主，底部及边缘可见骨组织和软骨增生，但是镜下形态仍与正常软骨组织区别较大，表面仍未见软骨细胞爬行生长。

Besides, the configurational unit and the morphology structure of this system have no apparent difference In two kind of vegetative cells and their resting cysts.

此外，两种纤毛虫营养期细胞与休眠细胞中，无论是构成纤维网的基本形态单元，还是纤维网的结构形态及组织方式，未见明显差异。

Methods Immunohistochemical method with two specific antibodies(MMP-9,CD68) was used to detect the their special antigens in lung tissues of six cases who died of SARS and five normal cases as the controls.Gomori aldehyde fuchsine staining method was used to explore the change of elastic fiber.Motic advanced 4.0 image analysis system was used to analyze those images.

方法通过免疫组织化学技术对6例SARS死亡患者肺和5例肺外伤患者手术切除的正常肺组织中MMP-9和CD68+细胞进行检测，Gomori醛品红法显示弹性纤维，应用Motic Advanced 4.0图像分析系统进行定量分析，测定MMP-9的面密度、CD68+细胞的数量、弹性纤维的含量，并与正常对照组进行比较。

Rat AAA model was made by perfusion PPE elastase through the abdominal aorta, and the specimen was obtained on postoperativeday 3, 7, 14, 28, respectively. Specific elastic fiber staining was used to observe the disruption of elastic fiber in aortic wall. Immunohistochemistry staining of CD68 was applied to observe the microphage infiltration. The in tisu hybridization and western blot of MCP-1 and MMP-2 were used to study the expression of mRNA and protein. Thus we can analyze the facilitated function of MCP-1 gene to the microphage adherence and infiltration on the earlier AAA.

采用经腹主动脉腔内导管灌注的方法制成大鼠AAA模型，分别于术后3天、1周、2周、3周、4周获取各组大鼠腹主动脉标本，行弹力纤维特殊染色观察动脉壁弹力纤维的破坏情况；行CD68免疫组织化学染色观察动脉壁中巨噬细胞的浸润；行MCP-1及MMP-2的原位分子杂交、Western蛋白质印迹观察二者的mRNA表达和蛋白表达；分析MCP-1基因促进巨噬细胞的黏附、浸润在早期AAA发病中的作用。
