对照组：术后1周，骨缺损区周围有大量炎性细胞浸润；术后2周，炎性渗出吸收，成纤维细胞、毛细血管生长活跃；术后1个月，骨缺损区周围有成骨细胞；术后3个月，骨缺损边缘有少量新骨沉积。
