Mass morphological observation: Nasal and sinus cavity got clean within 1 to 2 weeks postoperatively. Operative cavity had the De-mucous reaction from 4 to 6 weeks, such as mucous edema, vesicles, granulation tissue, mini-polyps, fibrous hyperplasia, and adhesion or regenerated diseases may appear in this stage.

结果： (1)对鼻内窥镜术腔大体形态学观察：术后1—2周术腔分泌物较多，残余渗血形成干硬血痂，粘膜表面纤维素渗出物形成模样结构，组织粘膜充血水肿；术后4—6周术腔分泌物减少，术腔可见小囊泡、肉芽、纤维结缔组织增生等病变。

Results: Local high temperatures(＞70℃)were observed in pig's kidney, liver in vivo. The pathologic changes of target tissues after FEP were necrosis, liquidizatin and fibrosis.

结果：FEP可在活体猪肾、肝等组织内形成一大于70℃的局限性高温区，FEP后靶组织的病理过程为坏死、液化、纤维化。

e-PTFE was implanted into the pitting area after subcuntaneous disjunction. Results: 15 cases were followed for about 3 and 6 momths after implant of e-PTFE, including cases with saddle nose, pitting deformity of orbit, congenital lip cleft with depressed soft tissue around pyriform opening, parbial defect of helix. In these cases, satisfaction rate is evaluated as high as 97.9%, unexpected tissue response was not shown in this clinical trail.Conclusion: Depended on this clinical trail, we believe local e-PTFE manufactured by Shanghai Suo-kang Medical Implants Co., Ltd.

由于e-PTFE的组织相容性好，在80年代初期一些发达国家已经应用于整形美容外科[1]，尤其应用于隆鼻术、面部凹陷畸形的整复、唇线增高、唇加厚、鼻唇沟过深的整形美容术、耳廓缺损等手术中，学者们认为e-PTFE排斥反应的发生率低，弹性和硬度与软组织相似，周围组织细胞能够长期进入移植物内，不形成纤维囊，在整形美容外科领域有重要的应用价值。

In this report, immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization techniques were perfected to examine the expression of bFGF, fibroblast growth factor receptor-I and bFGFmRNA of cultured HEP-2 laryngo-tumor cell and 803 gastro-tumor cell and of the solid tumor tissue formed by implanting the cultured cells into subcutis of nude mice, intending to elucidate the correlation between the expression level and the tumor formation.

4Histological examination of the capsular bags: It could be seen in group 4 that a small amount of LECs at the capsular equator proliferated and migrated to the posterior capsule, forming a thin soemmering ring in the periphery of the capsular bags, forming thin fibromembrane which embodied monolay metaplastic fibroblast-like cells in the center of the capsular bags, or with no cells or cortical material in the center of the capsular bags.

Results: No fiber layer and inflammatory tissues around any inserted implants were founded. New-grown osteoid tissue appeared faster in Bio-Ti implants than pure titanium and matured bone tissues comprise bone trabecula and Haversian canals appeared in 6 weeks, while at least 12 weeks needed to form matured bone tissue in control groups.

结果：所有种植体周围没有发现明显炎症组织或形成纤维层，Bio-Ti种植体组新生类骨组织生长较快，并于6w时已形成含有骨小梁及哈弗氏小管结构的较成熟骨组织，对照组12w时新生骨组织基本成熟。
