Influences of basic component (fiber, redispersable emulsoid powder, water-retentive admixture, expansive admixture, mixture and cement-to-sand ratio )of Dry-mixed Mortar on essential performance of mortar have firstly been summarized. The results show that :(1) After fiber is mixed into Dry-mixed Mortar , toughness ,crack resistance and unpermeability of mortar will be improved; Influence of different length mixed fiber on toughness of mortar precedes single-length fiber, but influence on crack resistance of mortar is the same.

The results show that the microscopical pore structure of the three dimensional orthogonal woven carbon fabric structure perform is composed of body-centered cubes which arranged periodically at spaces. The net structure and shape of the pores of perform are determined by the size and proration of the fasciculus diameter, which are key factors influencing the gaseous permeability and final density of composites. Once the proration of the fasciculus diameters of different directions is determined, the trend of diversification of the permeability followed by pore rate during CVI process and the density of composites are stated, and the permeability increases with the increase of the fasciculus diameter.

The research presented here is aimed at exploring the effect of DTT on the in vitro fibril formation of hen egg-white lysozymes with four disulfide bonds. In this work, we specifically addressed the effect of DTT concentration under different incubation temperatures on the hen lysozyme structure and fibril formation, the effect of addition of DTT at later time points on the amyloid fibrillization of hen lysozymes, and the effect of concentration ratio between reduced and oxidized forms of DTT on the fibril formation of lysozymes.

In order to confirm this suspect, we choosed a cultured rat granulation tissue fibroblasts model in vitro and applied RT-PCR and cell-ELISA technology to detect the changes of firbroblasts intrinsic EGF, bFGF, TGFβ-1 with their receptors gene expressions and protein synthesises after stimulated by SP. Our purpose was to explore the possible effects and patterns imposed by SP on fibroblasts intrinsic growth factors and their receptors expressions, which maybe offer theoretical basis for promoting wound healing via improving nervous functions and regulating neuropeptides secretions.
