Mild osteitis fibrosa and osteitis fibrosa, the most frequent forms of renal osteodystrophy, were observed in 13.(22.8%) and 14 patients (24.6%), respectively. Mixed uremic osteodystrophy was found in 7 patients (12.3%), adynamic renal bone disease in 3 patients (5.3%), and osteomalacia in 2 patients (3.5%).

轻度纤维性骨炎和纤维性骨炎是肾病性骨营养不良最常见的形式，分别有13名患者（22.8%）和14名患者（24.6%）出现以上两种疾病。7名患者（12.3%）为混合性肾病性骨营养不良症，3名患者（5.3%）为骨再生不良，2名患者（3.5%）为骨软化。

These women, ages 61, 72 and 74 years, receiving long-term pergolide therapy for Parkinson's disease or restless legs syndrome, had valvular abnormalities strikingly similar to those induced by fenfluramine, ergot derivatives, or carcinoid. All three had severe, unexplained tricuspid regurgitation; two had predominantly right-sided congestive heart failure; and two had moderate aortic and mitral valve regurgitation. Histology revealed surface fibroproliferative lesions with preserved underlying valve architecture. Carcinoid was excluded, and none of the patients had taken anorectic drugs or ergots other than pergolide.

这3位妇女年龄分别为61、72及74岁，都长期服用pergolide来治疗帕金森氏症或睡眠脚动症，而且也都有不明原因的严重三尖瓣闭锁不全，就像因fenfluramine、麦角衍生物，或类癌肿瘤所引起的瓣膜异常情形一样；其中2位主要有右心衰竭，2位有中度的主动脉及二尖瓣的闭锁不全，组织学检查显现表面有纤维增生性的损伤，但瓣膜的结构仍然还在；类癌是被排除在外的，而且这3位妇女除了pergolide之外，都不曾服用过厌食剂或麦角类药物。

Results:The causes of nipple bloody discharge among 32 cases were intraductal papilloma of breast 13 cases (46.6%),carcinoma of breast 8(25%),duct ectasia 7(21.9%) and cystic hyperplasia of breast 4(12.5%).

Results The model showed serious edema, proteinuria, hypoproteinemia, and hyperlipidemia. Podocytes were swollen and mesangial cells developed mild hyperplasia at the end of the fourth week. The nephric tubule atrophied at the end of the eighth week accompanied with adhesion between glomeruli and Bowman's capsule. Glomeruli sclerosis of mild or medium degree was observed at the end of the twelfth week with obvious lymphocyte infiltration in the renal interstitium as well as the formation of collagen fibers.

结果 该模型表现为严重水肿、大量蛋白尿、低蛋白血症和高脂血症；病理学检查显示，4周末肾小球足细胞肿胀，系膜细胞轻度增生；8周末有球囊粘连，肾小管上皮细胞萎缩；12周末部分肾小球节段性轻、中度硬化，间质内有明显灶性淋巴细胞浸润，并有轻度纤维化。
