The specimens sintered under air atmosphere appear the obvious layering phenomenon, on the whole,and which can be divided into the surface protection layer, the center layer and the non-oxidized layer,SiAlON phase comes into being at about 1550℃,the crystal shape of them is columnar; The specimens sintered carbon reduction atmosphere have no obvious layering phenomenon, the formation temperature of SiAlON is about 1600℃, the crystal shape of them is acicular,fibriform or anomalous.

氧化气氛下，烧成的试样出现明显的分层现象，大致上可以分为表面保护层、中间层和非氧化层，SiAlON相的形成温度约在1550℃左右，多呈柱状；还原气氛下，试样无明显的分层现象，SiAlON相的形成温度约在1600℃左右，多呈针状、纤维状或不规则状。

The results show that mineral compositions of the sediments are smectite, illite, palygorskite and chlorite, and the fibrous or acicular palygorskites are typically authigenic,which grew along the edges or the surfaces of platy smectite, respectively.

结果表明，晚渐新世循化盆地沉积物中粘土矿物组成主要有蒙脱石、伊利石、坡缕石和绿泥石等；坡缕石一般呈纤维状或者针状，沿片状蒙脱石的边缘及表面交代生长，为典型自生成因的坡缕石。

The results show that the influence of electromagnetic stirring on the following solidification behavior is more outstanding when the stirring temperature is near the liquidus; the number of α dendrites is declined and the morphology is transformed into rosiness and non-dendritic grains; the Al-Si eutectic's transition from lamellar structure to fibrous structure occurs in the eutectic reaction too.

结果表明：随着搅拌温度的降低至液相线附近时，电磁场对熔体凝固行为的影响逐渐显著；α初晶中树枝晶不断减少并逐渐转变蔷薇状晶和非枝晶；水淬后Al-Si共晶组织也由粗大的片层状转变为细小的纤维状和鳞片状结构。

The results show that as for the as-cast castings, eutectic Si particles are characterized as fibrous or long acicular shape as well as in homogenous distribution, and the impact absorbed energy varies from 1.17 to 2.35J. After T6 heat treatment, the eutectic Si particles become small granular or short bacilliform, and the aspect ratio and area fraction of Si particles decrease evidently. The energy of the T6-treated castings is 1.45-3.80 J, which is higher than that of the as-cast castings. Furthermore, the fracture mechanisms of different regions in the castings were analyzed and discussed.

结果表明：铸态下共晶Si粒子大多为纤维状或长针状，呈不均匀的网状分布，冲击吸收功在1.17~2.35J的范围内变化后；经T6热处理后，团簇状Al-Si共品相明显减少，共晶Si粒子呈现出粒状或短棒状，且细小均匀，Si粒子的长宽比和面积分数都有显著降低，冲击吸收功在1.45~3.80J的范围内变化，比铸态有明显提高。

Besides spherical granules, quadrate granules, annular granules, golfball-like granules, honeycomb-like granules, wrinkle granules, foamy granules, needly granules and fibers are also produced in spray granulation.

The ultimate tensile strength of the cladding wire by drawing at room temperature goes up in direct proportion to square root of deformation, whereas the elongation decreases and fluctuates.

结果表明：显微组织自原始的等轴晶变为细长条纤维状，纤维直径与形变量近似地成反比，纤维长度与形变量的平方近似地成正比；经室温拉变形的铜包铝线的极限抗拉强度随形变量增大而增大，与形变量平方根呈直线关系；延伸率随形变量增大逐渐降低，但延伸率波动较大。

The results show that during laser cladding, SiC of different forms is decompounded partially; with the increasing of the SiC adding content, the quantity of un-melt SiC increases and hardness of cladding layers improves.

结果表明，随着加入量的增加，熔覆层中未熔SiC含量增加，熔覆层硬度也随之提高；对比加入颗粒状和纤维状SiC的熔覆层的显微硬度表明，同含量情况下纤维状SiC的强化效果更显著；造成熔覆层硬度显著提高的原因是未熔SiC，析出相FeSiC的弥散强化和熔入的Si，C元素引起的固溶强化作用。
