The pathology of the MFH of larynx was storiform fibroblasts mixed with histiocyte ,giant cell and other cells . All cells displayed varied anaplasia .

喉恶性纤维组织细胞瘤病理形态主要表现为车辐状排列的纤维母细胞、混杂有组织细胞等其他多种细胞成分，细胞有明显的异型性。

Methods :According to WHO(1992)classification of odontogenic tumours, 35 cases of peripheral odontogenic fibroma were studied clinicopathologecally.

按WHO(1992)牙源性肿瘤分类标准对35例周边型牙源性纤维瘤的临床病理资料进行回顾性分析。

Here we present a case of 21 year-old male who suffered from recurrent swelling in left side of mandible which had received surgery for ossifying fibroma in another hospital when he was 19 years old. Obvious facial asymmetry was noted but no sensory dysfunctions were detected. The lesion showed well-demarcated, multilocular radiolucency but radiopacity centrally. We applied segmental resection via extra-oral approach and reconstructed with anterior iliac crest bone graft. After removal of MMF in six week, the wound healed well and joint function was good without malocclusion. After follow-up of one year, no recurrences were noted.

本病例为－21岁之男性，在19岁时因为左下颚骨角区肿大在某医院接受外科手术处理，术后病理报告为骨化纤维瘤，因为复发的肿胀而来本院寻求治疗，临床检查并无疼痛及下唇区感觉异常的问题，放射线影像为周界清晰，多腔室放射透过性合并中央放射不透过性之不规则小块，手术方式为从口外颚下切线，做下颚骨片段式切除，并以肠骨脊海绵骨移植修补骨缺损加以颚间固定六周，术后伤口恢复及愈合良好，颚骨关系稳定无咬合异常的情况，无张口受限的问题。

What was observed under a light microscope included: tumor cells were mulberry and micropapillary shaped or were of glandule tubular arrangement; there was obvious interspace between cancer nest and neighboring areas; micropapillary was empty of fiber blood vessel axes, with micropapillae floating freely in spongy spaces and separated by fibrous septa.

光镜下特征性表现为肿瘤细胞呈桑椹状、微乳头状或小腺管样排列，癌巢与周围间质形成明显的空隙，微乳头缺乏纤维血管轴心，每个微乳头细胞团和周边的纤维组织均存在无细胞的间隙样结构；瘤细胞CerbB-2、CgA和EMA。

The tumors ranged from 5.5 to 20 cm and had a characteristic histologic appearance with irregular, sharply circumscribed nests and islands of bland-appearing spindled to focally epithelioid cells, surrounded by a cellular desmoplastic stroma.

这9例肿瘤大小为5.5至20cm，瘤组织特征性地表现为：温和的梭形细胞至灶性上皮样细胞排列成巢或成岛，这些细胞巢团界限相当清楚但不规则，周围间质细胞丰富、促纤维组织增生性。

For tumors which have been well sampled and exhibit (1) a microcystic pattern and regions with lobulated cellular masses with intervening, sometimes hyalinized fibrous stroma,(2) an absence of morphologic features enabling any other specific diagnosis in the sex cord-stromal category,(3) an absence of epithelial elements, and (4) an absence of teratomatous or other germ cell elements, we propose the designation microcystic stromal tumor.
