There were 12 cases of non-ossifying fibroma, 8 of bone cyst, 7 of osteoid osteoma and 5 of fibrous dysplasia.

病程3～ 18 个月。其中非骨化性纤维瘤12 例，骨囊肿8 例，骨样骨瘤7 例，骨纤维异样增殖症5 例。

Result: The percentage of hyperdiploid cells, DNA Index and proliferative index were statistically higher in the vascular and the syncytial subtypes of meningioma than those in the fibrous and mixed subtypes, Also those in the severe edema group were higher than those in the moderate, mild and without peritumoral edema groups. The DNA hyperdiploidy were mostly found in the group of giant size tumor, DI and PI in the recurrent menigioma group were significantly higher than those in the nonrecurrent group.

结果：血管型、合体型脑膜瘤超二倍体率、DI和PI显著高于纤维型及混合型；重度水肿组DI、超二倍体率和PI显著高于中、轻及无水肿组；大肿瘤超二倍体率和DI均显著高于中、小肿瘤；复发性脑膜瘤的DI、PI均显著高于非复发组。

Objective To summarize the experience in diagnosis and therapy of familial adenomatous polyposis with desmoid tumour.

目的探讨家族性腺瘤性息肉病伴发硬纤维瘤的诊断和治疗。

Methods Clinical data of 6 patients with familial adenomatous polyposis and desmoid tumour from Jan 1989 to Jan 2005 were retrospectively analyzed.

方法回顾性分析1995年1月至2005年1月收治的6例家族性腺瘤性息肉病并发硬纤维瘤患者的手术史、临床表现、治疗方法和随访结果，分析总结诊疗经验。

Results A 18 year old patient presented with 2 month's history of ambiopia. Computed tomography scan showed a round focus with high intensity and contrast enhancement in the cerebellar vermis.

结果 患者 18岁，以复视 2个月就诊，CT显示小脑蚓部有圆形高密度影，组织学检查显示瘤细胞具有多形性，可见黄色瘤样细胞、多核或单核的巨细胞、Rothensal纤维和嗜酸性透明小滴。

Three of them were diagnosed as sarcoidosis. Two were pulmonary alveolar proteinosis. One with usual interstitial pneumonia, one with bronchialitis obliterous and organizing pneumonia, one with nonspecific pneumonia, one with Castleman's disease, one with pulmonary lymph angioleiomyomatosis, two with bronchioalveolar carcinoma, one as rheumatoid pulmonary fibrosis complicated with pulmonary squamatous cancer and locally metastas is in lungs, two as pulmonary lymphangitic carcinomatosis, one as lung squamatous cancer with pulmonary lymphangitic metastasis, and one with primary pulmonary paraganglioma.

结果 17例患者均获病理确诊，其中结节病3例，肺泡蛋白沉积症2例，普通型间质性肺炎1例，闭塞性细支气管炎伴机化性肺炎1例，非特异性间质性肺炎1例，Castleman病1例，淋巴管平滑肌瘤病1例，肺泡细胞癌2例，类风湿性关节炎肺间质纤维化合并肺鳞癌伴肺内多发转移1例，肺淋巴管癌2例，肺鳞癌伴肺内淋巴管转移1例，肺原发性副神经节细胞瘤1例。

A 46-year-old man presented with a gradually growing nodule on the left dorsal foot, which had been present for over 10 years. In the beginning, the lesion was treated as a keloid. Because of poor response to treatment, biopsy was arranged. Sections showed a dermal tumor composed of numerous foamy cells, hyalinized wiry collagen, spindle cells and entrapped collagen. The foamy cells were positive for KP1(CD68) and negative for S-100 protein and HMB-45. The histological and immunohistochemical results were consistent with the diagnosis of lipidized fibrous histiocytoma.

一位46岁男性从十年前开始於左足背上出现一个逐渐长大之结节，一开始被当作蟹足肿给予治疗，因为对治疗的反应不好，故安排了切片检查，病理显示一个由大量泡沫状细胞，坚硬而透明之胶原纤维，梭状细胞，胶原纤维束所构成的真皮肿瘤，免疫组织化学染色显示KP1(CD68)阳性，S-100 protein与HMB45阴性，综合病理与免疫组织化学染色结果，诊断为脂肪性纤维组织细胞瘤。
