Methods Male Sprague Dawley rats were induced by ligating the anterior descending coronary artery and were divided into the 2nd, 4th, 8th, 12th and 21st week groups. Elastic fibers were evaluated in the infarct region using Masson trichrome staining, Uana orcein staining and image analysis. The expressions of TNFα and IL-1β were also detected by immunohistochemistry.

Result: The divided functional recipes of DHZCP could significantly decreased the deposit of lipid and the atherosclerotic plaque area in aorta intima, relieve the histopathological changes of atherosclerosis,and inhibited the proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells and collagen to reduce pachynsis of vascular intima. The divided functional recipes of DHZCP also reduced IT, IMT and IT/MT and reversed the contractive vascular remodeling.

结果：大黄虫丸各功效组分均能减少家兔主动脉内膜脂质沉积，使AS斑块面积减小（ P 。05）；抑制血管平滑肌细胞增殖和胶原纤维增生，减轻内膜增厚；降低IT，IMT，IT/IMT比值（ P 。05），干预收缩性血管重塑；减轻线粒体肿胀，减少泡沫样细胞形成。

Results In 22 patients after injected PAHG, 3 cases (6 breasts) were normal, 7 cases (10 breasts) were stiffened, 8 cases (12 breasts) found callocity. MRI also showed 2 cases (2 breasts) of pectoralis major myositis and 2 cases (2 breasts) of concomitant mammary fibroadenoma.
