Collagen: Collagen can excite the fibre mother cell in the cutis layer of skin and let it reproduce the collagen. It can help renew cell, smooth skin and anti-age, tighten skin and reduce wrinkle accordingly.

胶原蛋白：胶原蛋白能刺激真皮层中的纤维母细胞，自行生成胶原蛋白，从而有效延缓肌肤的老化与松弛，去除皱纹，修复细胞，使肌肤细致平滑。

RESULTS: The AF cells cultured in different substrates were morphologically undistinguishable. Toluidine blue staining showed that there was also no difference between AF cells cultured on flexible silicone membranes and in plastic plates. The cells growing in different substrates expressed the same levels of collagen typeⅠ,Ⅱ and aggrecan mRNA and integrin β1. AF cells grew well on silicone membranes.

结果：种植于不同基质的纤维环细胞形态学观察无明显差别；在两种基质上的纤维环细胞甲苯胺蓝染色无差异；Ⅰ，Ⅱ型胶原及聚集蛋白聚糖mRNA及细胞膜整合素β1的表达亦无明显差异；纤维环细胞可以黏附于硅橡胶膜上生长。

MATERIALS: Six adult New Zealand clean rabbits of either gender were included in the present study.METHODS: Tendon sheath fibroblasts, epitenon tenocytes, and endotenon tenocytes were isolated from rabbit flexor tendon and cultured.

目的：探讨兔屈趾肌腱腱鞘、腱外膜和腱内膜细胞增殖、胶原产生和乳酸对细胞的增殖、胶原产生和对转化生长因子β1，基础纤维母细胞生长因子，白细胞介素8分泌的影响。

Results Among the 52 cases, 30 cases were confirmed to fibrosarcomas, which were identical with primary dingnoses;22 cases were revised to malignant fibrous histocytoma (8 cases), malignant nerve sheath tumor (4 cases), monophasic spindle cell synovial sarcoma (3 cases), leiomyosarcoma(3 cases), rhabdomyosarcoma(2 cases) and abdominal desmmoid tumor (2 cases). Of the 18 cases, only two cases were misdiagnosed and were revised to malignant fibrous histocytoma and spindle cell synovial sarcoma, respectively.

结果：1980年前52例中维持原诊断30例，修改诊断22例(42.3%)，分别为恶性纤维组织细胞瘤8例、恶性神经鞘膜瘤4例、单相性梭形细胞滑膜肉瘤3例、平滑肌肉瘤3例、横纹肌肉瘤2例、韧带状纤维瘤2例；1980年后纤维肉瘤18例中，维持原诊断16例，修改诊断2例(11.1%)，分别为恶性纤维组织细胞瘤和滑膜肉瘤各1例。

结果镜下见肿瘤组织由不同比例的纤维母细胞和胶原构成，纤维母细胞分化良好，形态多样，散乱穿梭于胶原蛋白束之间或环绕在玻璃样变的血管周围，伴有局灶性致密区域；胶原成分发生玻璃样变，局部呈轮辐状或瘢痕状排列。

Electron microscopic findings were: 1. alveolar type I cells were degenerated、 broken-down and desquamated, endothelial cells were swelled, with inter cellular tight junction shortened, alveolar type II cells hyperplastic, basement membrane thinned and deformed; 2. alveolar macrophages and interstitial macrophages were hyperplastic; 3.mast cells were infiltrated and degranulated; 4.electron-dense deposits were present at alveolar wall; 5. myofibroblasts 、fibroblasts、 collagen and basement membrane like material were hyperplastic.

电镜观察可见：(1)I型肺泡上皮细胞变性、崩解和脱落，内皮细胞肿胀，细胞间紧密连接短小，II型肺泡上皮细胞增生，基底膜变薄和破坏；(2)肺泡巨噬细胞、间质巨噬细胞增多；(3)肥大细胞浸润并见脱颗粒现象；(4)肺泡壁电子致密物沉积；(5)肌纤维母细胞、纤维母细胞、胶原原纤维及基底膜样物质增生。

A 46-year-old man presented with a gradually growing nodule on the left dorsal foot, which had been present for over 10 years. In the beginning, the lesion was treated as a keloid. Because of poor response to treatment, biopsy was arranged. Sections showed a dermal tumor composed of numerous foamy cells, hyalinized wiry collagen, spindle cells and entrapped collagen. The foamy cells were positive for KP1(CD68) and negative for S-100 protein and HMB-45. The histological and immunohistochemical results were consistent with the diagnosis of lipidized fibrous histiocytoma.

一位46岁男性从十年前开始於左足背上出现一个逐渐长大之结节，一开始被当作蟹足肿给予治疗，因为对治疗的反应不好，故安排了切片检查，病理显示一个由大量泡沫状细胞，坚硬而透明之胶原纤维，梭状细胞，胶原纤维束所构成的真皮肿瘤，免疫组织化学染色显示KP1(CD68)阳性，S-100 protein与HMB45阴性，综合病理与免疫组织化学染色结果，诊断为脂肪性纤维组织细胞瘤。

The positive markers of CTGF were mainly located in the RER,while there are expression in RER ribosome, Cf, ECM, desmosome connection, euchromatin,et al.

Cytoplasm was filled with fatty tissue and cholesterol. some cavities were full of thrombosis. Some thrombosis was fibrosis, the bottom was organization. The surface of the thrombosis existed red blood cell and librae.(2)Elatic fibrila staining: the internal elastic menbrane almost completely disappeared, the intact internal elastic menbran could be seen in the new small vessels.

动脉瘤管壁厚薄明显不均，全层或局部区域显著变薄向外膨出，内皮细胞空泡变性或坏死脱落，部分内皮细胞剥离并突入管腔成游离状，可见血栓形成及部分血栓机化；内弹力板变薄、消失或突然中断；在内膜及中膜部位主要为纤维母细胞、纤维细胞和大片胶原；部分动脉瘤壁呈均质状玻璃样变，平滑肌细胞明显减少；中膜和外膜可见大量的炎性细胞浸润；瘤壁组织有纤维母细胞、纤维细胞、大片胶原成分及较多泡沫细胞，胞浆内充满脂类物质及胆固醇结晶；部分动脉瘤腔内充满血栓，有的血拴已经纤维化，血栓基部机化，血栓表面有红细胞和纤维素。
