Cordyceps polysaccharides was administrated before 8-MOP/UVA .HE stained,MTT, hydroxyproline, MDA and SOD quantitant were used to test the effects of cordyceps polysaccharides. ResultsCell crimple,condensation of nuclear chromatin in 8-MOP/UVA model group were observed.

方法用8-甲氧补骨脂素联合UVA（8-MOP/UVA）诱导皮肤成纤维细胞光老化，用HE染色、MTT、羟脯氨酸含量、丙二醛含量检测及SOD活力分析等方法观察虫草多糖对成纤维细胞光老化过程中的形态、活力、胶原合成及抗氧化能力的影响。

RESULTS The degenerative changes of nerve ending in Meissner's corpuscles were observed after 1 month of denervation, and the basic structure of the corpuscles had no obvious changes. After 3 months, the axons of corpuscles were disappeared, and the volume of corpuscles was shrunk. The basic structure of nerves was disappeared, and the lemmocyte and neurolemma plate were changed after 5 months.

结果 失神经1个月时触觉小体内的神经末梢已有溃变，触觉小体的基本结构无明显改变；3个月时轴突消失，触觉小体的体积开始萎缩；5个月时神经结构消失，膜细胞及其膜板亦开始改变；8个月时触觉小体内胶原纤维含量逐渐增多；12个月时触觉小体内膜结构与膜间基质完全消失，被胶原纤维代替。

Many factors may be involve in the course. To investigate the regulation activity of mesenchymal cells to differentiation of epithelial cells from hair follicle and to study its differentiation property, mesenchymal cells gel was made by nubby dermal papilla cells, free dermal papilla cells, skin fibroblasts. Skin keratinocytes and epithelial cells from hair follicle were inoculated on the gel surface and cultured in air-liquid interface. Three-dimensional model of DPC using to induce epithelial cells differentiation is built in vitro.

为了进一步研究毛囊细胞间的相互作用，探讨毛囊间质细胞对毛囊上皮细胞分化的调节作用，研究毛囊上皮细胞的分化特性，我们利用团块状的毛乳头细胞，游离分散的毛乳头细胞或皮肤成纤维细胞制成间质细胞胶原凝胶，表面接种皮肤角质形成细胞或毛囊上皮细胞，进行气-液界面培养，在体外建立了毛乳头细胞诱导毛囊上皮细胞分化的立体模型。
