METHODS: Detection of the cell proliferation by MTT method and ALP expression by enzyme dynamics method.

原代培养牙髓成纤维细胞、牙周膜成纤维细胞，用MTT法测定细胞增殖，酶动力学方法测定ALP活性。

Comparisons between the cell lines were made on the basis of time to observed cytopathic effects, ultra structure changes, titer in 50% tissue culture infectious doses, and the alterant distribution of DNA content in cell cycle. The results showed that, under identical conditions, various degrees of CPE could be found in the Hep-3B, A549 and NIH 3T3 36h post infection of BTV-10, while there was no CPE could be observed in HEL.

随后在对BTV-10体外感染特性的研究中，我们在相同条件下，将该病毒接种于1株原代人胚肺成纤维细胞(Human embryonic lung fibroblast cells，HEL)和3株传代细胞株：人肝癌细胞(Human hepatic carcinoma 3B cells，Hep-3B)；人肺腺癌细胞(Human lung carcinoma A549 cells，A549)；鼠正常成纤维细胞(Normal mouse fibroblastscells，NIH 3T3)。

Results Osteoclast and osteoblast around trabecula of bones showed proliferation, shi1e fatty tissues in bone marrow decreased and hematopoietic tissue well-regenerated alter the hyperbaric oxygen-treated. Also juvenal osteocyte and collagen fibril were observed in early stage by electron microscope.

结果 多数骨小梁周围可见骨母细胞增生、偶见破骨细胞增生，髓腔内脂肪细胞逐渐减少，造血组织增生；电镜发现骨小梁内早期即出现幼稚骨细胞和胶原原纤维合成。

RESULTS: BMP-2 was mainly found in the plasma of fibroblast, osteoblast, cementocyte, odontoblast separately.

结果：牙周膜成纤维细胞、成骨细胞、成牙骨质细胞及胶原纤维中均可见BMP-2阳性染色。

Results In model group, alveolitis increases (much inflammatory cell infiltration), pulmonary interstitial fibroblast increases.

结果］模型组7d时肺泡腔内大量炎性细胞浸润，可见少量成纤维细胞，Ⅰ型细胞受损，Ⅱ型细胞明显增生；28d时肺泡炎减轻，肺间质和胸膜层胶原纤维明显增多。

E studied expression levels of WAVE1 in six leukemia cell lines (the human Jurkat T leukemia cells, U937 histiocytic lymphoma cells, Burkitts lymphoma cell Raji, acute promyelocytic leukemia cell HL-60, chronic myelogenous leukemia cell K562 and K562/A02) by Western blotting analysis. Levels of WAVE1 expression were high in all six human leukemia cancer cell lines. In contrast, the constitutive expression levels of WAVE1 were noticeably lower in normal human peripheral blood mononuclear cells, or non-blood cancer cell-lines, including human lung A549 cancer cells, Hela cervical cancer cells, MG-63 osteosarcoma cells, CNE2 nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells, human umbilical vein endothelial cell, QSG7701 hepatocarcinoma cells, and WI-38 lung fibroblastoma cells.

The ligamentous scaffold material were made from the PVA fibers by braiding technique. The mechanical properties of the scaffold materials were measured using the electronic materials testing machine. Human ACL cells were isolated and cultured by tissue explant and collagenase digestion methods, the morphous characteristics of cells and the secretion of collagen protein were measured. In order to observe the biocompatibility between the material and cells, ACL cells were in vitro expanded and seeded on the scaffold materials.

Results The endothelial cell and fibroblast of valves and vessel walls in experimental group were completely decellularized, no cell fragments were retained within the matrix scaffold; collagen fiber and elastin fiber had been preserved with intact structure and wavily arrayed; deoxyribonucleic acid content of valves and vessel walls in experimental group were decreased by 97.58%, 97.25% compared with that of control group.

结果 实验组瓣膜及血管壁中内皮细胞、成纤维细胞去除完全，无细胞核碎片；瓣膜及血管壁胶原纤维和弹力纤维呈波浪状排列、整齐，结构完整；瓣膜、血管壁的基因组脱氧核糖核酸含量分别较对照组下降97.58％和97.25％。

Results T-2 toxin could cause rat articular chondroncytes degeneration, necrosis, and appeared many blank areas free cells. Weigert/Van Gieson staining showed obvious collagen fasciculi emergence could be seen. Scanning electronic microscope showed the surface of articular cartilage was wave and rough. Collagen fasciculi ruptured and stack up, and presented a typical 揳rticular dryness?phenomenon. ELISA results indicated, at the stage of 3 month, the level of rat serum CTX-II in T-2 toxin group was higher than that in control group, and the difference had a markedly significance.

结果 T－2毒素可致大鼠关节软骨细胞变性、坏死，出现大面积无细胞区，胶原染色可见明显的&胶原显现&；扫描电镜显示，关节面起伏不平，表面粗糙，胶原纤维断裂、剥脱，关节表面布满裂片状凸起，呈典型的关节&干燥&现象；ELISA检测结果表明， T-2毒素组大鼠血清CTX-II水平在3个月时较对照组明显增加，差异具有统计学意义。
