To study the characteristics of the mesenchymal cells of ameloblastic fibrosarcoma, three cases of AFS were studied immunohistochemically and ultrastructurally.

为探讨成釉细胞纤维肉瘤间叶细胞的本质及特征，作者采用免疫组化和电镜技术，对3例AFS间叶细胞进行了研究，并与6例成釉细胞纤维瘤进行比较。

In this study, immunohistochemical staining was performed with antibodies against D2-40, S100, pankeratin, epithelial membrane antigen, brachyury, and glial fibrillary acidic protein in 4 cases of chordoid glioma, 6 skeletal myxoid chondrosarcomas, 10 chordoid meningiomas, 16 extraskeletal myxoid chondrosarcoma, 18 chordomas, 22 low-grade chondrosarcomas, and 27 enchondromas.

本研究中，我们给4例脊索样胶质瘤、6例骨的黏液样软骨肉瘤、10脊索样脑膜瘤、16例骨外黏液样软骨肉瘤、18例脊索瘤、22例低级别软骨肉瘤和27例内生性软骨瘤做了D2-40、S100、pankeratin、上皮膜抗原、brachyury和胶质纤维酸性蛋白的免疫组化染色。

Methods There were 165 cases of mesenchymal tumors were investigated the expression of nestin by immunohistochemistry, including 96 CD117-positive GISTs, 5 CD117-negative GISTs, 10 oesophagus leiomyomas, 33 digestive tract Schwannomas, 6 fibromatosis and 15 leiomyosarcomas in abdominal cavity.

用免疫组化EnVi-sion法检测96例CD117阳性、5例CD117阴性的GISTs，以及食管平滑肌瘤（10例）、消化道雪旺瘤（33例）、肠纤维瘤病（6例）以及腹腔平滑肌肉瘤（15例），观察这些肿瘤中nestin的表达状况。

Methods: Immunohistochemical study of CD133 expression: 55 cases osteosarcoma conventional paraffin-embedded tissues specimens come from Pathology Department Qilu Hospital Shandong University, including 4 cases parosteal osteosarcoma, 13 cases fibroblast-type osteosarcoma , 12 cases chondroblastic osteosarcoma and 26 cases Osteoblastoma osteosarcoma.

免疫组化研究CD133的表达：取自本院病理科的骨肉瘤常规石蜡包埋组织蜡块标本55例，其中骨旁骨肉瘤4例，纤维母细胞型骨肉瘤13例，软骨母细胞型骨肉瘤12例，骨母细胞型骨肉瘤26例，切成3μm的组织切片备用。

MethodsThe transplanted tumor model of the mouse S180 sarcoma was established.Fifty mice were randomly divided into five groups,the control group,the CTX group,the Gecko group.They were treated respectively with oral administration of saline,and intraperitoneal injection of CTX 100 mg/kg only one time,oral administration of Gecko in doses of 13.5,9,4.5 g/kg,one time a day.After 14 days,the anti-tumor activity was evaluated by tumor tissue weighing. The impact on immune organ was detected by accounting thymus index, spleen index and the number of peritoneal macrophage which phagocytose chicken red blood cells.The protein express of vascular endothelin growth factor and basic fibroblast growth factor were detected by SABC immunohistochemistry.

方法建立移植瘤小鼠S180肉瘤模型，将50只雌鼠随机分为对照组、环磷酰胺组、壁虎高组、中组、低组共5组，分别给于生理盐水灌胃1次/d，CTX（100 mg/kg）腹腔注射1次，壁虎高、中、低组（13.5，9，4.5 g/kg），每天灌胃1次。14 d后，称取荷瘤小鼠瘤重、胸腺重、脾脏重，计算抑瘤率、胸腺指数、脾脏指数，观察腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡血红细胞实验指标；用SABC免疫组化法检测血管内皮生长因子、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子的蛋白表达，TUNEL方法检测细胞凋亡率。
