OVCs were isolated by density ladder centrifugation in the 4th week, and then OVC's morphology was observed under transmission electromicroscrope and immunocytochemistry were performed to detect the expression of ICAM-1. Results Observing OVC's morphology under transmission electromicroscrope showed that OVC was infantile and undifferentiated with big nucleus, clear nucleolus, large nucleoplasm-ratio, small mitochondria, and little endoplast.

结果 透射电镜下观察到OVCs超微结构的改变为核大，核/浆比大，核仁小，胞浆内细胞器少，可见少量内质网和小线粒体，整个细胞呈幼稚、未分化状态；ICAM-1免疫细胞化学检测阳性；损伤肝组织HE染色和ICAM-1免疫组化检测显示，肝损伤初期，Hering管周围OVCs增生并且ICAM-1阳性表达，随着肝损伤的加重，OVCs继续增生，并且，OVCs沿增生的肝纤维向肝小叶迁移，同时，ICAM-1阳性表达也继续增多，并逐渐向肝小叶弥散分布；透射电镜下观察到，肝损伤初期，OVCs在Hering管周围增生，肝纤维随之增生，增生的OVCs与肝纤维黏附生长。

In initial stage of damaged liver, OVCs and the expression of ICAM-1 mostly distributed around Hering duct, and then gradually increased and expanded toward hepatic lobule, shown by staining paraffin sections with HE, immunochemistry and transmission electromicroscrope. Immunocytochemistry indicated that ICAM-1 expression on OVCs was positive.

INTERVENTIONS: 4 vessel occlusion(4VO) brain ischemic models in rats stained with thionine staining and GFAP immunohistochemistry staining. were used. Sixty-four rats, of which bilateral vertebral arteries were occluded permanently by electrocautery, were divided into the following 8groups: sham operation group, cerebral ischemic preconditioninggroup, ischemic insult group; BIT group; MTPG + sham operation group;MTPG+BIT group; MTPG+ischemia group and -4C3HPG+BIT coup. All the rats were killed 7 days after the operation or the final ischemic treatment. Cerebral sections were selected and stained with thionine staining and GFAP immunohistochemistry staining.

干预：采用大鼠四血管闭塞全脑缺血模型，应用硫堇染色和胶质纤维酸性蛋白免疫组化法。64只大鼠椎动脉凝闭后分为假手术组、单纯预处理组、单纯缺血组、脑缺血耐受组，MTPG+假手术组、MTPG+脑缺血耐受组、MTPG+缺血组和-4C3HPG+脑缺血耐受组，所有动物均在手术后或末次缺血后7 d处死取材，行脑组织切片，硫堇染色和胶质纤维酸性蛋白免疫组化染色。

The results are unsure for experimental use;The rabbit's corneas that were removed with upper-half of corneal limbal epithelium lamella and erased the center corneal epitheliums were transparent with intact corneal epithelium;In the approach,the corneal and limbal epitheliums were burned with a cotton swab socked in 1 mol/L NaOH,there were 4 rabbits' corneal stroma happened perforation or ulcer and symblepharon,and the other one presented corneal epithelium phenotype.This is an applicable method to create the pathological model of corneal limbal stem cell total deficiency.

结果表明，处理后4周，全周角膜缘上皮板层手术切除，中央角膜上皮层用1 mol/L NaOH擦除的5只试验家兔角膜表面全部血管化、结膜化，未发生睑球粘连，角膜基质胶原纤维完整未见溃疡、穿孔等病变，细胞印迹学检查为结膜表型，可作为实验性角膜缘干细胞移植的病理模型；全周角膜缘上皮板层手术切除，中央角膜上皮用生理盐水擦除的5只试验家兔，有2只为结膜表型，另3只为角膜表型，观察期内结果不稳定；半周角膜缘上皮板层手术切除，中央角膜上皮层用生理盐水擦除的5只试验家兔，角膜表面透明，全部为角膜表型；直接用1 mol/L NaOH擦除角膜缘和中央角膜上皮的试验家兔，有4只角膜基质胶原纤维断裂、溶解，并伴有严重的溃疡、穿孔、睑球粘连等病变，不能用于移植试验，另1只角膜表面透明，未见结膜和新生血管长入，细胞印迹学检查为角膜表型。
