Among them,the damages founded in tubules were 94.7%(35 cases),in interstitial tissues 70.3%(26 cases),in vascular tissues 29.7%(11 cases),and 4 cases (10.8%) had fibroplasia.There were 9 cases of nephrosclerosis (64.3%) in the 14 cases of WHO Ⅱb type.

小管病变35例(94.6%)，间质病变26例(70.3%)，伴纤维化4例(10.8%)，血管病变11例(29.7%)。14例WHO Ⅱb型中伴肾小球硬化9例，占该型64.3%。

Methods: From February 2002 to June 2006, 27 patients with upper urinary obstruction due to retroperitoneal fibrosis post-treatment of tumor, under went procedures including retrograde ureteral catheterization, intraluminal ureterotomy and/or balloon dilation, and percutaneous nephrostomy. The efficacy and major complications were summarized.

收集本院2002年l月至2006年6月的27例恶性肿瘤经治疗后发现腹膜后纤维化导致上尿路梗阻的患者，分别接受了经尿道逆行输尿管插管、输尿管狭窄内切开和／或扩张及经皮肾造瘘治疗，总结其疗效和主要并发症。

Histologically, all lesions showed diffuse lymphoplasmacytic infiltration. Irregular fibrosis and obliterative vascular changes were more common in solid areas. Nine cases (43%) had eosinophilic infiltration with more than 5 cells per high-power field.

组织学，所有病例显示淋巴细胞浆细胞弥漫浸润，不规则纤维化和血管闭塞更易见于实性病灶。9例（43%）病灶内嗜酸性粒细胞数大于5个每高倍视野。

研究结果一、保肝宁对四氯化碳(carbon tetrachloride CCL_4)复合因素致大鼠肝纤维化模型的作用： 1、与正常组动物血清相比，模型组动物血清中的ALT、AST、HA、LN、PCⅢ、CⅣ、TGFβ1、TIMP-1显著升高(P＜0.05)；与模型组相比，保肝宁高、中、低剂量组血清中的ALT、AST、HA、LN、PCⅢ、CⅣ、TGFβ1、TIMP-1显著降低(P＜0.05)；秋水仙碱组、复方鳖甲软肝组动物血清中上述指标呈不同程度的下降趋势。
