It tightened with Endoral membrane into cytoplasm formatting cytostome and cytopharynx; 2. Cytoplasm formatted digestive structure which is a stable network digestive channel system but casual food vacuoles. 3. The Oral Primordium field , the assemble and transport of microtubules and membrane were all in the aborve channel system.

有三项新的发现：吞噬辅助膜为位于两波动膜之间的非纤毛膜，并与口内膜一道包卷进入胞质形成胞口、胞咽；细胞质分化出固定的网络状消化腔隙而不是形成临时性的食物泡；口原基场及微管、小膜的装配运输都在此腔隙中进行。
