Methods: Rat models of chronic renal failure were made by cut 5/6 kindney or fed with feedingstuff which contains adenine(0.75%) for 4 weeks. Experimental treatment was applied by giving Yi Shen Granule and the curative effect of Yi Shen Granule on ongoing pathological changes of CRF was studied. According to the data of CRF rats in weight, water wastage, hemanalysis(RBC、HGB、HCT、MCV、MCH), urinalysis(volume, specific gravity, pH, proteinuria), blood serum analysis(BUN、Cre、ALB、TP), kidney weight coefficient and kidney morphology ( the grade of expansile renal tubule and the diameter of glomerulus ),the pharmacological effect of Yi Shen Granule could be ascertained.

实验选用0.75%腺嘌呤饲喂法致大鼠慢性肾衰模型和5/6肾切除法致大鼠肾衰模型，考察益肾颗粒对慢性肾功能衰竭进行性病变的影响，以造模动物一般状况观察、血液学指标包括红细胞计数、血红蛋白、红细胞压积、平均红细胞体积、平均红细胞血红蛋白(RBC、HGB、HCT、MCV、MCH)，尿液指标(尿量、比重SG、pH值、尿蛋白)、血清生化学指标包括尿素氮、肌酐、白蛋白、总蛋白(BUN、Cre、ALB、TP)、脏器解剖和病理观察指标(肾小管扩张分级评分和肾小球径长)做为判定依据。

Above results show that comparing with treatment only with chemotherapy, we may get better clinical effect when treat with chemotherapy as well as Compoud granula prescription of thunberg fritillary bulb. CR, PR and effective rate of treatment group are significantly higher than those of control group.

同时，根据治疗组和对照组红细胞计数、血红蛋白值、血小板计数等的变化趋势推断，复方浙贝颗粒配方在提高化疗疗效的同时并未增加化疗药物对骨髓造血的抑制作用。

Methods 135 maintenance hemedialysis cases were divided into well-controlled hypertension group(61cases)and poorly-controlled hypertension group(74 cases). BMI, urine volume of residual renal, erythropoietin dosage, time of maintenance hemodialysis, change of body weight during hemodialysis intermission, hemodialysis mode, KT/V values, dry body, hemachrome concentration were recorded. Singer-variable analysis and multi-variable Logistic regression analysis were performed to examine the risk factors associated with poorly-controlled hypertension.

选择135例维持性血液透析患者为研究对象，根据血压控制情况分为血压控制正常组和血压控制不良组，观察并记录两组患者的年龄、性别、身体质量指数、残肾尿量、促红细胞生成素剂量、透龄、透析间期体重变化、透析方式、KT/V值、是否达透析干体重、血中血红蛋白浓度等指标，进行单因素分析和非条件多因素Logistic回归分析。

The characteristic absorption spectrums of intracellular hemoglobin were detected and analyzed by ultraviolet spectrum scanning technique. The investigation indicated that complicated physiology regulates and controls process, such as red blood cell membrane elasticity deformation, Cyto-membrane liquid crystal state phase transition, the change of hemoglobin configuration, membrane cytoskeleton protein network reassembling or despiralization, and membrane surface electric charge density reapportion were directly influenced by the gentle changes of pH valve in autologous plasma environment. Further, the remarkable diversities of erythrocyte carrying-oxygen ability were appeared in the different pH conditions.

实验研究表明，红细胞弹性形变、细胞膜液晶态相变，胞内血红蛋白分子构型改变，膜骨架网络重新组装或解旋、以及膜表面电荷密度重新分配等复杂的生理调控过程与自体血浆环境中pH值的轻微波动直接相关，可能造成了不同pH条件中活性红细胞携氧能力显著不同。
