High dose copper induced decrease ofⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅳ-2 content and increase ofⅢof spectrin. High dose copper can also decrease SA, PE content and increase SM, PS content.These showed that high dose can induce injury of erythrocyte by changing elementary structure and moity of membrane protein and membrane phospholipid, which may be one of the mechanisms of goat erythrocyte damage induced by high dose copper. 2. High copper caused the decrease of SOD and GSH-PX activity and the increase of MDA content.
