On the basis of observation on the denucleation process of mammalian erythroid cells in vito and in vitro, the present study was designed to investigate the regulatory effect and its mechanism of mammalian erythroblast cytoplasmic factor on malignant phenotype and gene expression of hybrid cells formed by cellular engineering fechnique of cell hybridization between the mouse plasmocytomas SP (2/0) cell line and rat erythroblasts.

本研究选用正常大鼠中幼、晚幼成红细胞与小鼠浆细胞瘤（SP2/0）细胞进行异种细胞杂交，研究哺乳动物红细胞胞质因子对肿瘤细胞恶性调控的效应及其机制。

Studies on the regulation of malignant phenotype expression in a mouse plasmocytoma cell line (SP2/0) by means of cellular engineering techniques of cell hybridization between the fusion of the mouse myeloma cells with rat intermediate or late erythroblasts.

三、利用细胞杂交的细胞工程手段，首次系统地研究了大鼠中幼、晚幼成红细胞与小鼠浆细胞瘤（SP2/0）细胞融合后恶性表型的表达状态，分析自然去核前红细胞胞质对骨髓瘤细胞恶性增殖的调控作用，以及晚幼期固缩核重新被激活的可能性。

Some cell dropped into the cavity and became free. Thrombosis or part organization could be seen. The internal elastic layer became thin, disappear or broken. In internal and middle layer existed fibroblasts, fibrocytes and collagen. Some of the wall indicated hyaline change, soomth muscle cell decreased greatly. The massive inflammatory cells invaded the middle and external layer. There were many foam cells in the capsule tissue. Cytoplasm was filled with fatty tissue and cholesterol. some cavities were full of thrombosis. Some thrombosis was fibrosis, the bottom was organization. The surface of the thrombosis existed red blood cell and librae.(2)Elatic fibrila staining: the internal elastic menbrane almost completely disappeared, the intact internal elastic menbran could be seen in the new small vessels.

动脉瘤管壁厚薄明显不均，全层或局部区域显著变薄向外膨出，内皮细胞空泡变性或坏死脱落，部分内皮细胞剥离并突入管腔成游离状，可见血栓形成及部分血栓机化；内弹力板变薄、消失或突然中断；在内膜及中膜部位主要为纤维母细胞、纤维细胞和大片胶原；部分动脉瘤壁呈均质状玻璃样变，平滑肌细胞明显减少；中膜和外膜可见大量的炎性细胞浸润；瘤壁组织有纤维母细胞、纤维细胞、大片胶原成分及较多泡沫细胞，胞浆内充满脂类物质及胆固醇结晶；部分动脉瘤腔内充满血栓，有的血拴已经纤维化，血栓基部机化，血栓表面有红细胞和纤维素。

RESULT: In vitro,the IC_(50) of Que of inhibiting the production of lipid peroxides in homogenates from rat heart,brain,and CCl_(4) damaged liver in mice and H_(2)O_(2) induced hemolysis is 0.4×10~(-4),0.2×10~(-4),0.5×10~(-4),0.3×10~(-4) mol/L,separately,while that of TP is 0.7×10~(-4),7.8×10~(-4),1.1×10~(-4),0.6×10~(-4) mol/L,separately.

结果 ：在体外，Que和TP均可剂量依赖性地抑制Fenton反应导致的大鼠心、脑匀浆和CCl4毒化小鼠肝匀浆中过氧化脂质的生成和H2 O2 诱导的红细胞溶血：Que的IC50 分别为：0 4× 10 -4，0 2× 10 -4，0 5× 10 -4，0 3× 10 -4mol/L ；TP的IC50 分别为：0 7× 10 -4，7 8× 10 -4，1 1×10 -4，0 6× 10 -4mol/L。
