Objectives To investigate the detection rate of patients with ABO haemolytic disease of the newborn in different groups of patients with haemolytic disease of the newborn .

目的 探讨不同群体新生儿溶血病患者中ABOHDN患者的检出率。方法采用免疫血液学的有关试验，鉴定HDN患者的ABO血型，定性检测HDN患者红细胞上结合的及血液中游离的病理性IgG抗 A。

Methods 135 maintenance hemedialysis cases were divided into well-controlled hypertension group(61cases)and poorly-controlled hypertension group(74 cases). BMI, urine volume of residual renal, erythropoietin dosage, time of maintenance hemodialysis, change of body weight during hemodialysis intermission, hemodialysis mode, KT/V values, dry body, hemachrome concentration were recorded. Singer-variable analysis and multi-variable Logistic regression analysis were performed to examine the risk factors associated with poorly-controlled hypertension.

选择135例维持性血液透析患者为研究对象，根据血压控制情况分为血压控制正常组和血压控制不良组，观察并记录两组患者的年龄、性别、身体质量指数、残肾尿量、促红细胞生成素剂量、透龄、透析间期体重变化、透析方式、KT/V值、是否达透析干体重、血中血红蛋白浓度等指标，进行单因素分析和非条件多因素Logistic回归分析。
