Integrated Agricultural Service, Wuyun, Jinyun, Zhejiang 321400, ChinaAbstract: Based on our early rice breeding practices in Hangzhou and in South China region, 14 varieties with different apparent amylose content were planted in early and late season in Hangzhou (30° N, HZE, HZL), Zhejiang province, East China, and winter season in Hainan province, South China (18°N, HN), respectively. The changes in eating and cooking quality of each variety, including AAC, gelatination temperature, gel consistency and RVA profiles were observed and scored.

摘 要：按照目前杭州及以南地区早稻育种一年三季（当地早、晚2季，海南冬繁1季）的实践，选择了14个不同表观直链淀粉含量的早稻品种分别在杭州作早稻、翻秋和在海南冬季种植，对同一品种的AAC、胶稠度、糊化温度以及淀粉粘滞特性的变化特征进行了研究。

The hybrid between Brachymystax lenok and Hueho taimen were not a live in the past 2 years. However, the fertility and eyed rate of BH were significantly higher than that of HH and BB (P.05), while the hatching rate were significantly lower (P.05). The larvae died within 1 to 2 hours after hatching. It was observed that the tail of yolk-sac larve couldn't stretch around the yolk, and there were hyperemia in the middle and posterior segment of the tail. The reason why the hybrid between Brachymystax lenok and Hucho taimen couldn't snrvive might was the karyoplasms of the gametes from Brachymystax lerwk and Hucho taimen by distant hybridization were not compatible.

细鳞鲤×哲罗鱿的杂交经过2年多批次实验均未得到成活杂交子代，但在胚胎发育阶段BH的杂交受精率、发眼率均显著高于双亲自繁对照组(P.05)，但其孵化率显著低于双亲对照组(P.05)，BH杂交子代在破膜后1~2h内即死亡，刚破膜的仔鱼尾干中后段至尾鳍部分盘绕于卵黄囊表面不能伸展，且所有破膜仔鱼的尾干中后段均存在充血点，本研究认为，这种反交［细鳞鲑×哲罗鲑］子代不能成活的原因可能是由远缘杂交受精卵核质不相容所导致。

In order to make Maca be introduced to China, the basicproblems related to introduction and planting such as morphology classification, regionlayout, tissue culture and allelopathy were carried out. And the results were as follows:(1) The numerical Taxonomy of Maca and fifteen plants of Lepidium in China wasinvestigated by cluster analysis and the results showed that the method of numericaltaxonomy could be applied for Lepidium and its results were basically consistent with thatof morphology taxonomy and molecular marker such as Pi intron, ITS and cpDNA.

本文围绕玛咖在中国引种栽培的基础性和关键性问题，进行了形态学分类、区域规划、组织快繁以及克生现象等的研究，取得以下成果：(1)采用聚类分析，对 15 种中国独行菜属植物以及玛咖进行数量学分类，结论与经典形态学分类以及用 Pi 内含子序列、ITS 序列和 cpDNA 序列进行分类的结果基本吻合，玛咖与家独行菜、碱独行菜的亲缘关系最近，相似系数分别为 0.839、0.722。

Therefore, the LsHNXs genes were cloned in this study, and their function was studied by RNAi. The main results were shown as follows:1 The conservative sequences of three LsHNXs genes (LsHNX1, LsHNX2, and LsHNX3), and the 3'-terminal specific sequences of LsHNX2 and LsHNX3, were cloned by RT-PCR and 3'-RACE.2 The plant RNAi vectors were constructed and the transformation of Limonium sinense was done. The RNAi lines of three single-genes and one double-gene were obtained and were propogated rapidly for the molecular and the stress tolerance analysis.3 To be compared with wild type, the Na+ and K+ contents secreted by the leaves of LsNHX1 transgenic plants were remarkably higher.

主要实验结果如下：1采用RT-PCR和3'-RACE方法从补血草中克隆获得LsNHXs基因家族三个成员LsNHX1、LsNHX2和LsNHX3的保守区序列以及LsNHX2和LsNHX3的3'端特异序列。2构建植物基因RNAi沉默表达载体并转化补血草，获得三个单基因和一个双基因的RNAi沉默表达植株，快繁转基因植株供分子鉴定和耐逆分析。3LsNHX1转基因植株叶片表面分泌物中的Na+、K+离子含量比野生型对照显著增加；叶组织内Na+离子含量和K+离子含量均略高，但差异不显著；K+/Na+比没有显著差异。4LsNHX2转基因植株叶片表面分泌物中的Na+离子含量比野生型对照有所下降，但差异不显著；K+离子含量比对照显著降低。
