In the fermenter,the continuous cultivation was conducted with continuous feeding after the production process of bioflocculant was stabilized with preculture for 9 h at inoculum dosage of 5%. The bioflocculant yield was 2.392 g/L and the maximal flocculation rate reached 98.1% when the feed flow rate was 4 mL/min.

在发酵罐扩大连续培养中以5%的接种量接种后经过9 h预培养达到稳定生产絮凝剂后，以4 mL/min的补料流量进行连续培养，生产的絮凝剂产量达到2.392 g/L，且最大絮凝率为98.1%。

Compared with other flocculants, the polymeric ferric sulfate has much better performance and characteristics, such as better adsorption, bridge erection, flocculation, floc formate fast, not easy to breaking, better repolymerization and weak corrosion. So it was widely used in the wastewater purification and treatment which contains industrial wastewater, urban sewage, water for industrial use and potable water etc.

本文研究了&Dfjm-1&在不同培养时间的生长情况、培养液中pH值变化情况及絮凝活性变化情况，得出絮凝活性与菌生长量呈正相关关系，絮凝剂&Dtjm-1&在菌生长稳定后期达到稳定活性的最高值。

Bioflocculants, having good flocculating activity, are the metabolic products of the microorganism, which are safe, non-toxic and can be biodegraded easily.

微生物絮凝剂是一类由微生物产生并分泌到细胞外具有絮凝活性的生物活性物质，具有良好的絮凝沉淀性能，安全、无毒，易于生物降解。

At present, the flocculating mechanisms of microbial flocculants have not been studied in detail, which restrict the development and use of microbial flocculants.

When pH is 8.0, the flocculation rate can reach 91%. The experiment indicates that the evaluation system of kaoline is affected by PO(superscript 3- subscript 4) and Ca(superscript 2+) when the concentration of PO(superscript 3- subscript 4) is high in the substrate. As the real flocculation efficiency cannot be achieved, the evaluation system needs to be modified.

实验表明，培养基中PO(上标 3-下标 4)浓度较高时，现有的微生物絮凝剂高岭土评价体系会受到PO(上标 3-下标 4)与Ca(上标 2+)的影响，不能真实地表示微生物絮凝剂的絮凝效果，需要对现有评价体系进行修改。
