Histological structures of bursas of Fabricius were observed at the different developmental stages from chicken embryoes to chickens. The results were as follows. The bursa of Fabricius began to develop on the 13th day of post-hatching and its cell aggregated into the nodosity clique underneath the epithelium mucosae. On the 15th day of post-hatching, those cell cliques were surrounded by the flat epithelium and formed the basic structure of folliculus lymphaticus. The number of lymphocytes in the folliculus lymphaticus increased gradually, and the medulla and cortex of a majority of folliculus were not discriminated obviously. Until on the 7th day for chickens, the medulla and cortex of folliculus formed completely and the number of folliculus increased significantly. From 21 to 35 days old, the folliculus lymphaticus transformed from polygon into rectangle. Mucosa epithelial cells increased gradually and their cytoblasts arranged compactly into aline in the basilar part on the 35th day.

本研究观察了从鸡胚到出壳后的不同生长发育阶段法氏囊的组织结构，结果表明：胚胎13日龄时，法氏囊开始发育，粘膜上皮下形成结节状细胞集团；胚胎15日龄，聚集的细胞集团形成初始的淋巴滤泡；胚胎18日龄到出壳后1日龄，滤泡内淋巴细胞数量增多，多数滤泡髓质和皮质界限仍不明显；7日龄雏鸡法氏囊髓质皮质分界清晰，滤泡数量显著增多；21日龄到35日龄，滤泡由多边形逐渐转变成长方形；在35日龄时，粘膜上皮细胞逐渐增多，排列紧密，细胞核紧密排列成直线位于基底部。

The mouse embryonic stem cells cDNA library was screened by yeast two-hybrid assay,some candidate molecules were get,including DDX39 DEAD (Asp-Glu-Ala-Asp box polypeptide 39, BAT1A(HLA-B-associated transcript 1A), NAC1 ( nucleus accumbens-1 ), BicD2 (bicaudal D homolog 2)、MLL3 (myeloid/lymphoid or mixed-lineage leukemia 3). NAC1 and MLL3 were associated with regulation of gene transcription. DDX39 andBAT1A were associated with pre-mRNA processing and mRNA export from nucleus to cytoplasm. BicD2 was associated with the regulation of Golgi body.

通过利用酵母双杂交方法，以小鼠全长Plk1作为诱饵蛋白筛选小鼠胚胎干细胞cDNA文库中与其相互作用的蛋白，获得了DDX39DEAD(Asp-Glu-Ala-Aspbox polypeptide 39、BAT1A(HLA-B-associated transcript 1A)、NAC1(nucleus accumbens-1)、BicD2(bicaudal D homolog 2)、MLL3(myeloid／lymphoid or mixed-lineage leukemia 3)等几个候选蛋白，其中NAC1、MLL3与基因的转录调控有关，DDX39、BAT1A与mRNA前体的剪切、加工及mRNA从细胞核转运到细胞质紧密相关，而BicD2与高尔基体的调控紧密相关，提示我们Plk1与基因转录、mRNA前体的剪切、加工、mRNA的运输及胞质分裂中高尔基体的调控有关。

The leaf epidermis structures of 6 species of Rhododendron had been observed under LM and SEM. The results show that all share together common features as follows: the leaf blades are typical back-abdomen bifacial types, the upper epidermis are formed by two or three layer bigger cells which inside layer cell is bigger than outside one, and the upper epidermis are covered with thicker cuticle.

To fine mapping the resistance gene, STS markers weredesigned using some RFLP probes and ESTs mapped on the long arm of chromsome 5ALto densify markers on the chromosome region surrounding mlm404, and the STS markermore closely linked to mlm404, MAG1493, was identified.

The two types of structural layers with different interlayer space fitted together in six kinds of assembling modes and formed six kinds of crystal layers. The combinatorics analysis of the two-dimensional structural units revealed that there may be 28 kinds of TOT type interstradified minerals in six kinds of polysomatic assembling modes of interatradified structure. The structural layer is symmetrical for octahedron sheet in the structure of interstratified minerals and shows polarity characteristics.

结果表明，不同二维结构单元体（包括硅氧四面体片、八面体片、层间域的构筑基本符合球体紧密堆积原理，紧密堆积层平行{0001}；四面体片与八面体片构筑TO和TOT结构层时采取多种机制消除二者在二维尺寸上的差异；两种模式的结构层与不同类型的层间物组装形成六种组装模式的晶层；并通过二维结构单元体的组合规律的分析，计算出可能存在的28种TOT型间层结构，它们分属于6种间层结构多体性组装模式；间层结构中，结构层对于八面体片是不对称的，并在属性上表现出极性特征；间层矿物的晶层类型可用6种多体性组装模式加以表达。
