Why do people have the inspiration to make liquid seals ? First of all, no matter how tight you press the solid seals , they can't fill in those uneven places on the joint face, so gap always exists. But liquid seals can fill in the dent and present good sealing function. Meanwhile liquid seals have stickiness so they have adhesive force to metal adjoining planes, which is helpful to seal. Besides the stickiness of liquid seals is high so they will not move easily, which can ensure the leak tightness.
