The design of the platform is based on Multi-Agent system theory and our lab's research project -- PAMR (Pedrail Autonomous Mobile Robot).

This thesis main discussed Office Administration Information System development based on groupware Lotus Notes and Intranet, analysed Information System status quo and development trendency in recent years domestic, rasied Shaanxi Province Education Department MIS structure, worked out workflow oriented design program based on groupware Lotus Notes, established Shaanxi Province Education Commission MIS collaboration model.

文中分析了近几年国内外管理信息系统的现状和发展趋势，提出了陕西省教育厅办公管理信息系统的体系结构，制定了基于Lotus Notes群件，面向工作流的系统设计方案。在此基础上，作者建立了陕西省教育厅MIS系统协作模型。完成了系统中公文管理、会议系统、公共信息、个人办公等模块的实际开发。

On the basis of total analysis and summarization on basic knowledge, principle and expert experience of injection mould feed system as well as further research on the computer-aided design of injection mould feed system, according to the geometrical model of the plastic, applying technologies including feature-based modeling and identifying, RBR, CBR, oriented-object and database technology VC++ 6.0, SQL Server 2000, Object ARX, the paper conceives general structure and primary function module of the intelligent design of injection mould feed system, develops user-systemic interface, constructs knowledge rule library and case library of injection mould feed system, researches denotative method of knowledge rule library and case library, designs the ratiocinative mechanism of intelligent system design, and realize the intelligent design of injection mould feed system partly.

本文在对注塑模具浇注系统设计的基本知识与原则及专家经验全面分析总结，以及对计算机辅助浇注系统设计方法深入研究的基础上，以塑件几何模型为依据，应用基于特征的建模与识别技术、RBR和CBR推理技术、面向对象和数据库技术，以及VC++6.0、SOL Server 2000和Object ARX二次开发工具，在AutoCAD 2002平台上，构建了注塑模具浇注系统智能化设计系统的总体结构及主要功能模块，开发了系统的用户界面，建立了浇注系统设计的知识与规则库和事例库，研究了设计知识与规则和事例的表示方法，设计了智能化设计系统的推理机制，部分实现了注塑模具浇注系统的智能化设计。

In this paper,we define the oriented relevance information among attributes of information and decision systems,which measures the relevance among attributes of information and decision systems. And based on these definitions, we present a new discriminant theorem of knowledge reduction of information systems.

本文定义了信息系统以及目标信息系统属性之间的有向关联信息，用来度量信息系统以及目标信息系统属性之间的关联程度，基于此给出信息系统以及目标信息系统的知识约简一种新的判定定理。

Then the types of upper sensors are determined. The CMOS chip AT89C2051 is used in this system because there is only a small quantity of program to be stored. This system uses wireless transmission module D21DL to form the network of wireless transmission. In this way, such disadvantages as low removability and expansibility and longtime construction are avoided. Digital filtering method is applied to improve anti-jamming performance.

由于程序存储量较少，现场的CPU选用ATMEL公司的低档型芯片AT89C2051；为了避免采用有线数据传输导致的系统可移动性差、系统扩充性能差和系统布置线缆繁琐、施工周期长等缺点，本系统采用了无线数据传输模块D21DL构成系统无线网络传输；同时设计了包括电源电路、显示电路、存储电路和报警电路等构成系统的所有电路。

这里我们主要针对较为复杂的可修复系统部分进行重点研究，将故障树转化为大系统的随机Petri网模型，利用状态转移来描述可修系统部分的运行情况，由其状态转移概率建立系统的状态方程，从而得到系统的稳态可靠性，再结合不可修系统部分对整个大系统进行全面综合的分析，提出了基于随机Petri网的复杂大系统的可靠性分析方法。

In order to realize the compatible communications system between digital TETRA and analogy MPT1327. Communications protocol between digital radio and control center is defined. Emergency call software flow for TETRA and MPT module is designed, and also state information sending and receiving for TETRA and MPT module is designed in this communication system. By comparing several solutions, switch methods between analogy TETRA communications and digital TETRA communications are designed including manual-switch and soft-switch. In the article, coding module of receiving and sending equipments in TATT analogy TETRA communications is described, so that it can be compatible with NOKIA network equipments and it also can improve the availability rate of the trunk system. In order to realize the integration of digital TETRA communication and analogy MPT1327 communications, double- frequency antenna system is researched.

通过几种车载电台解决方案比较，设计了相应的模拟集群通信系统与数字集群通信系统的切换方法，其中包括人工切换和软切换，实现了模拟与数字集群兼容的一体化移动列车调度电台解决方案；为了实现数字集群通信系统与模拟集群通信系统以及NOKIA与TAIT模拟集群通信系统之间的相互兼容，设计了新的数字车载电台与控制中心之间的通信协议；系统设计了用于数字集群通信模块的紧急呼叫通讯流程，以及设计了用于模拟集群通信模块状态信息发送与接收流程，以满足列车无线调度的运营要求；论文还论述了对TAIT模拟集群收发设备编码模块的改造，使之能与NOKIA的集群设备相兼容，提高了集群设备的利用率，为在NOKIA模拟集群通讯模块停产后寻找了一种可替代的兼容解决方案；为了实现数字集群通信系统与模拟集群通信系统设备的综合，论文还探讨了本工作所需专用的双频段的天线系统。
