A static image retrieval testing system is designed and implemented. It includes following subparts. A hierarchy image content description model is proposed. A multi-feature indexing tree structure using Kohen neural network clustering technique is proposed. A relevance feedback mechanism is also proposed.

This paper aimed at the shortage of the knowledge representation and acquisition methods at present,and proposed a new KRA method based on decision tree.

The results indicate that the best model for DNA evolution of rbcL sequences in Liliales is GTR+I+G, and the topology of Bayesian tree is similar to those of Maximum parsimonious tree and Neighbor Joining tree, but giving more resolution and higher support values.

结果显示，百合目rbcL基因最适合的DNA进化模型为GTR+I+G，贝叶斯法与距离法和最大简约法构建的系统发育树拓扑结构相似，没有显著差异，但是分辨率和支持率明显比后者高。

In my study, based on morphological and biological studies, 53 character transformation series of 23 species which stand for 23 genera of the Microgastrinae in China respectively and 2 species of Miracinae and Cardichilinae were selected. Through analysis of character polarity using the method of outgroup analysis, two and multiple character data matrixe were obtained. The data is analysed through PHYLIP(Phylogeny Inference Package, version 3.6) software based on the method of cladistics, the consensus cladograms was constructed at last.

本研究以分布在中国东洋区和古北区的小腹茧蜂亚科23个属的23个种作为内群，奇脉茧蜂亚科和折脉茧蜂亚科各一种作为外群，基于形态学和生物学分析建立了53个性状演系列，通过外群比较法，得到一个由二性状和多性状数据矩阵，再用phylip(系统发育推断软件3.6版)处理数据矩阵，最后得到合意树。

Sequence analysis showed that the size of 16S rRNA gene was in 1235 bp, and lacking several regions which regarded as eukaryotic sequence, was more similar with prokaryotes than eukaryotes in sequence structural feature; it could be implied that the microsporidia had split from ancient eukaryotes very early in time on the phylogenetic tree.

In order to elucidate the phylogenetic relationships of genus Bryodemella and answer such question as whether Bryodemella is a monophyletic genus, all 8 species of this genus were dealt with and a cladistic analysis is performed using thirty-four characters from external morphology in this paper.

为阐明异痂蝗属Bryodemella种间系统发育关系并回答该属是否为单系的问题，本文在研究外部形态结构的基础上选择了34个不同性状对异痂蝗属所有8种进行了支序分析，结果只产生1棵步长为55、一致性指数和保留指数均为0.80的最简约树。

It also contained Chlorophyll-c2 and Chlorophyll-c2 derivatives. 4. The phylogenetic analysis of MD1 18S rDNA by using NJ method indicated that MD1 belonged to the genera Nitzschia. MD1 was closest to the Peridinium foliaceum endosymbiont(Y10567) and formed one clade each other in the phylogenetic tree.

在序列的遗传距离研究中，MD1与Peridinium foliaceum endosymbiont（Y10567）的18S rRNA基因序列的相似性接近种的定义标准，且在系统发育树中聚在一起，但未得到显著的BP支持率，故不能定义为同种。
