本文采用文献资料、比较分析、问卷调查等方法对目前体育学院毕业生专业意向与职业期望的现状调查，分析认为：体育专业学生受高校扩招、课程设置不尽合理、就业指导的系统性不强、社会对体育重视程度不高等客观因素和毕业生观念更新不够、文化底子薄弱、综合素质不高等主观因素的影响，就业形势越来越严峻。
