3Web service is a hotspot in WebGIS study recently. Based on Web service and OGC specifications, a WebGIS system for Web service is designed. A webGIS antetype and a group of WebGIS compenents including geographic entity attribute data query, distance measure, frame choosing, contour, GML disposal and buffer analyzing ect are developed. The combination of WebGIS and service platform in application are more practical and can improve the function of the platform extremely.

3Web服务是当前WebGIS研究的重点问题，在遵循OGC规范和Web服务规范的基础上，设计了基于Web服务的WebGIS体系结构，并开发了WebGIS系统原型及地理实体属性数据查询、测量距离、框选、等值线、GML处理和缓冲区分析等扩展WebGIS组件；为实际应用，考虑了将开发的WebGIS和服务平台的紧密结合，以便丰富服务平台的功能。

The contribution of this dissertation includes:(1) A new computation and data access model of active storage device is presented, whose interface combines the storage object and application object employing embedded computation power.
