用10％的蜂蜜和清水分别饲喂两组成虫(简称"蜜组"和"水组")，以研究成虫期的营养对Vg发生和卵巢发育的影响，结果显示，成虫期营养对于Vg的启动合成并不起关键的决定性作用，两组成虫均可以在羽化的48小时检测到Vg，且水组中的血淋巴水平并不低于蜜组对照，但绝大多数水组个体的卵巢发育停留在卵黄沉积的某一时期，此时在血淋巴中也检测不到，只有约20％的饲水个体卵巢可以发育成熟，出少量卵；用高剂量的ZR515于羽化当日点滴处理饲水个体，可以使所有接受处理的饲水个体的卵巢发育成熟，但是产卵〓依旧低于对照组的，不能恢复正常；这说明成虫期营养对卵巢中全体卵母细胞的成熟是必需的，其作用的产生是通过内分泌系统途径实现的。

结果表明：水分不足对稻秆及秆中维管束的影响是相互的：稻秆的发育情况影响了维管束变化，同时维管束的变化影响了稻秆的发育，最终影响营养物质从根部、叶部向籽粒运输，从而使结粒数、稔实率、千粒重、产量下降。4种生态型水稻维管束系统与一次及高次枝梗数目、结粒数、千粒重等有类似的相关性，而且水分不足时反应出相同的结果，说明土壤水分对维管束系统的分化有很大的影响，水分不足将使维管束面积变小，维管束比增大，从而使产量变小。

Thus gp130 is the common signal transduction molecule. Gp130 molecule expresses universally on many tissues including immune system, hemapoietic system, and nerve system. Gp130 has an essential role in the function and regulation of the above systems, especially in the development of hemapoietic system. The signal transduced by gp130 is necessary during the differentiation and proliferation of hemapoietic cells. It is evidenced that the embryo of gp130 gene-knockout mouse was dead due to a serious impediment of the development of hemapoietic system.

Gp130在人体组织细胞上广泛性表达，介导和调节机体的免疫、造血以及神经系统的生理功能，尤其是在造血系统的发育过程中，具有极其重要的作用，动物实验表明，敲除小鼠的gp130分子基因可以使其在胚胎的早期阶段产生严重的造血系统障碍，最终导致流产，由此表明在造血细胞的分化、发育和生物学行为中，gp130介导的信号是必不可少的。

The mice were used as experimental animals in this study,through the experiment in vitro and in vivo,systemic invested the dynamic changes in expression and localization of FGF7,FGF10 and its receptor in mammals development,lactation and involution;revealed the relationships between the expression of FGF7,FGF10 and its receptor and the function;clarified the function of FGF7 and FGF10 in mammary gland development,lactation and involution,and the effect of mammogenic hormones on expression of FGF7 and FGF-10 and its receptor in different periods in vitro.

本研究主要以小鼠为实验材料，通过体外和体内实验，系统研究FGF7、FGF10及KGFR在哺乳动物乳腺发育、泌乳及退化过程中表达定位的动态变化，揭示FGF7、FGF10及KGFR表达变化与乳腺发育及泌乳功能间的对应关系，阐明FGF7、FGF10在乳腺发育、泌乳及退化过程中的功能以及乳腺发育激素对不同时期乳腺FGF7、FGF10及KGFR表达的影响。

结果表明：碳酸盐岩油藏为裂缝的发育程度与构造位置及构造倾角的大小有关，构造轴部倾角小裂缝不发育，构造翼部倾角大，裂缝发育；裂缝发育密度随着单层厚度增加而逐渐减小；裂缝以层内缝为主，穿层大裂缝少；油藏中存在若干泥质灰岩和膏盐的隔夹层，形成多个连通不畅的油水分布系统。

5Oil and gas were controlled by the structure formed by superposition of tectonic movement in the early and late Hercynian which resulted in palaeogeomorphology and degree of fracture growing. The latter decided the flowing direction of palaeocurrent and the degree of corrosion,which is the main factors of karstification.Especially,the superimposition of palaeostructure and Akekule uplift is the most favorable area for karst and fracture growing.The ubiquitous high angle fracture made all kinds of vugs into a large scale storage,so the fracture-vug system was divided into some blocks in the main oil zone on the plane.

5塔河油田的油气分布受控于海西早、晚期构造运动叠加形成的构造格架，古构造叠加的结果控制了古地貌和裂缝发育强度，古地貌和裂缝发育强度控制了古水系的流动方向及溶蚀深度，它们是岩溶作用发育的主控因素，特别是海西晚期形成的古构造与阿克库勒凸起轴部的叠合部位是岩溶、裂缝最发育的地区，普遍存在的高角度裂缝在三维空间将各类岩溶孔洞连通为大规模的储集体，从而造成主油区大型缝洞系统横向上的分区性。
