The tunable photon broad band radio frequency phaser based on a silicon ring resonance cavity comprises a pumping signal light-generating system, a carrier wave light-restraining double-sideband generating system, a silicon ring resonance system and a measuring system; wherein, the silicon ring resonance system comprises a light coupling device and the silicon ring resonance cavity; the output of the light coupling device is connected with the input port of the silicon ring resonance cavity; wherein, the silicon ring resonance cavity is composed of a silicon annulet and a root of a straight waveguide; the air gap distance between the silicon annulet and the root of the straight waveguide is several ten nanometers or several hundred nanometers; the taking characteristic of the silicon ring resonance cavity is the characteristic of a seasonal reject trap; the transmission rate in the position of a resonance wavelength is equal to zero or is very close to zero.

本发明包括：泵浦信号光发生系统、载波抑制光双边带产生系统，硅基环形谐振腔系统，以及测量系统。所述硅基环形谐振腔系统包括一个光耦合器和一个硅基环形谐振腔，光耦合器的输出连接到硅基环形谐振腔的输入端口，其中：硅基环形谐振腔由一个硅基微环和一根直波导构成，硅基微环和一根直波导之间的空气隙间隔为几十至几百纳米，硅基环形谐振腔频谱特征是周期性的带阻滤波特性，在谐振波长处的透射率等于0或非常接近0。

So we designed a adaptive synchronizing controller based on hereinbefore hardware environment: first a small magnitude reference signal r is outputted to system through the signal card (to ensure that the vibrating system works in a linear state), and this signal is sent to the moving coil of vibrator through the power amplifier, so vibration is produced through electromagnetic induction. Secondly the vibration signal can feedback to the data acquiring card in the servo system through the acceleration sensor on the Vibroseis reactor M〓 and the base-plate M〓, then the computer can get the current vibrating state y〓 of the coil of vibrator according to the feedback information from the data acquiring card, and give a real time comparing between the current state y〓 and the reference output y〓 of the set-in reference model with current reference input being r , then regulates the correlative controlling parameters according to the error e〓=y〓-y〓 till y〓→y〓, finally normal signal sweeping begins with a certain phase fixed. Meanwhile a synchronization signal for seismic signal record is sent to seismograph from synchronization signal outputting component in the Vibroseis system to perform the controlling process of synchronization of sweeping phases.

为此，我们基于以上的硬件环境设计了一个自适应同步控制器：首先通过信号发生卡对系统输出小幅度的参考信号r(从而保证振动系统工作处于线性状态)，信号通过前置放大器、功率放大器等送到激震器动圈，并通过电磁感应产生振动，振动信号通过可控震源激震器反应块M〓和基板M〓上的加速度传感器反馈给伺服系统中的数据采集卡，工控计算机根据采集卡的反馈信息，获取当前激震器动圈的振动状态y〓，并实时地将该状态与内置的参考模型在当前参考输入r下的参考输出y〓进行辨识，再将两者输出误差e〓＝y〓-y〓对系统的有关控制参数进行调整，直至y〓→y〓，最后在经过某一固定的相位后，开始信号的正常扫描过程，与此同时，由可控震源系统的同步信号输出部件向地震仪送出一地震信号记录同步信号，进而完成扫描相位同步控制过程。

First the passivity of motor rotor flux subsystem is proved. Workless forces have no influence on the energy balance equation and have no effect on the asymptotic stability. Then it is discussed that the system can stably track the reference rotor flux without rotor flux observer. At last an adaptive PBC strategy is proposed with regard to the rotor resistance change. A clear and simple design for the speed control subsystem with inner current loops is presented.

证明了感应电机转子磁链子系统的无源性，找到系统能量耗散特性方程中的无功力，它不会影响系统的稳定性，得出无需转子磁链观测反馈即能稳定跟踪转子磁链的参考值，同时考虑电机转子电阻在运行中发生未知变化，设计自适应调节器使系统对转子电阻呈现鲁棒性，构建了带电流内环速度控制系统。

Besides, after this system has been brought into operation for 1 year, there was abundant ecology in the surroundings, and any ecological imbalance such as ecological singularization or species advantages has not happened due to the set-up of this system.

统合分析，本系统未来并没有铺设不透水布之必要性，且本系统运作ㄧ年之后，周遭生态丰富，并不会因为设置本系统，而造成生态单一化、某些物种优势化生态失衡的情况发生，植种结构有34科87种；两栖类有3科4种；爬虫类有6科10种；鱼类有4科8种，且有多种鸟类接近或进入本系统中，并且本系统排放水因溶氧较进流时增加，可改善河川水体因河川溶氧降低、水量减少而造成河中鱼类暴毙的窘境。

Taking the development platform of HVDC power transmission for example, the calculation result of impedance-frequency characteristic of traditional line commutated converter and that of FCC are compared. Simulation results show that the impact of impedance-frequency characteristic of converter on the resonance frequency of AC system is not negligible, and FCC can enhance the strength of AC system in a certain extent, improve system stability and effectively reduce AC equivalent impedance under resonance frequency, thus the harmonic instability of HVDC power transmission system can be avoided.

以直流输电开发平台为例，对传统电网换相换流器(line commutated converter，LCC)与FCC的阻抗频率特性计算结果进行对比，仿真结果表明换流器的阻抗频率特性对交流系统的谐振频率有着不可忽略的作用，FCC在一定程度上提高了交流系统强度，改善了系统稳定性，有效降低了系统谐振频率下的交流等值阻抗，从而更好避免直流输电系统谐波不稳定现象的发生。
