At first, the examples are given to explain a new method in signal processing, in which functions are defined from the viewpoint of multi-scale analysis. Then the authors present "coordinate heft separate" method, discover self-similar structure of points set on plain area; based on this self-similar structure, construct orthogonal complete 2-value function system of high-dimension simplicity; enrich and extend the theory and application of Rademacher function and Walsh function.

首先，举例说明在多尺度分析观点下，信号处理中某些函数定义的新方法；进而提出"坐标分量分离方法"，并由此发现了平面区域上点集坐标数值的自相似结构；在揭示了如此自相似结构的基础上，构造了高维单纯形上的正交完备的二值函数系统；丰富与推广了Rademacher函数及Walsh函数的理论及应用。

The V-system is a new class of complete orthogonal functions system in L2[0,1], which is composed of piecewise kth-order polynomials. There are continuous functions as well as discontinuous functions in V-system.

The application of the lattice Boltzmann method in unsteady open channel flows was studied in detail in the paper. An existing lattice BGK model was mended; For the problem of negative local equilibrium and evolutionary distribution, we proposed a lattice Boltzmann model based on cell-population equilibrium, which is a direct non-negative approximation to the continuous Maxwell distribution. The model reduces the transport and collision, two basic evolution steps in the LB model, to transport of the non-equilibrium distribution.

本文系统的研究了格子Boltzmann 方法在明渠非恒定流中的应用问题，改进了一个现有的LB 模型，数值实验表明此改进是有效的；在平衡态分布函数及分布函数的非负性问题上，作者提出了一个基于单元均衡的格子Boltzmann 模型，通过直接对Maxwell 分布函数的离散化实现对速度分布函数的非负离散，这种方法将传统模型演化过程中的碰撞和输运两个步骤直接表现为粒子的输运。

As the main part of this thesis, based on RSJ model, a symmetric DC SQUID is theoretically studied through two-dimensional Fokker-Planck equations, by using the "potential condition" in the case of steady state, the stationary probability distribution function of this system is obtained firstly in the accurate theory, meanwhile, the expressions of all the SQUID characteristics functions are obtained, for example, the circulating current, total normalized voltage and transfer function.

Many API functions are used in my paper in order to control the keyboard and the mouse of the remote computer, and also control its system ability. The monitor can control registry of the remote computer by TRegistry and obtain its system information by registry. The journal hook is also setted to record keyboards input information. I also make chat system and media play based on the stream. The server can capture screen images of remote computer and transported by the stream to the monitor, so we can monitor it in time.
