本文在分析我国矿山安全生产严峻局势和矿山矿井安全评价国内外现状的基础上，提出矿山井下生产系统是一个由人、机、环境三方面所组成的、空间分布极其复杂的灾害系统，其安全评价应立足于人、机、环境三方面进行系统的分析与判断，并从危险因素、安全评价指标及权重、隶属函数、安全评价结构模型、综合评价方法等方面出发，以掌握矿山矿井系统的安全状态，为矿山安全管理体系的整改提供依据。

Good agreement was drawn between the two methods for the general performance valuation of thermal imaging systems.

Chapter three (the methods of generating chaotic signal and its applications): In this chapter firstly the mechanism that a simple kinetic system, subsection linear map system, can generate chaotic phenomena is affirmed, the characteristics of correlation function of the chaotic signal generated by this system are simulated, on this basis a simple applicable method for generating chaotic signal is given; secondly some typical circuits generating chaotic signal are designed, also use operational amplifier to design a third -order autonomous circuit with chaotic dynamics. The basic mechanism and typical structures of chaos in the application of communication are introduced systematically and a simple method is provided for generating pseudo random code signal; At last Chaotic signal is applied into the analysis of system characteristic.

第三章(混沌信号产生方法及其应用)首先针对一类简单动力学系统——分段线性映射系统能够产生混沌现象的机理及由该系统所产生的混沌信号的自协方差函数特点进行了证明和计算机仿真，提出了软件产生混沌信号的一种实用方法；其次分析讨论了几种能够产生混沌信号的典型混沌电路，提出了用运算放大器与阻容元件实现三阶自治混沌电路的基本原理；概述了混沌在通信领域中应用的基本原理和典型结构，提出了产生伪随机码信号的一种简单方法；最后将混沌信号用于系统的特性分析中。

Some methods for dealing with the stability problem has presented and these methods include: Lyapunov function, differential inequality, matrix norm and measure, Razumikhin theorem method etc. The results of stability for these systems are derived by using these methods. This paper may be summarized as follows.

本文考察了区间Lurie型控制系统与不确定时滞系统的稳定性问题，给出了判定系统稳定的一些处理方法，这些方法包括：Lyapunov函数法、微分不等式法、矩阵范数与测度法、Razumikhin定理等方法，并且应用这些方法得到了系统稳定的判别条件。

In order to do so, a new direct formula is first developed to generate the fuzzy rules from the premise part in FNN. This direct formula not only guarantees a one to one mapping that maps the fuzzy membership functions onto the fuzzy rules, but also alleviates the coding effort during hardware implementation. It is further elaborated that the FNN with non-overlapped BPMF's has the advantage of faster on-line training which requires less computation time, but at the cost of more memory requirement to store the fuzzy rules.

本论文提出与查表法技术同等简易的具有非重叠方块脉冲归属函数之FNN控制器架构，并将两者之隐藏连系关系作一完整探讨，提供一套基於FNN设计观念来设计TL控制器的方法；而此一改良的架构也应用到汽车涡轮引擎喷水控制系统及高转速无刷直流马达控制器上，透过即时学习来克服系统非线性，并透过实作验证本系统在汽车涡轮引擎高温恶劣操作环境及无刷直流马达高速三相转换时间下仍保有极佳的性能，显示以具有BPMFs的FNN为基础的TL控制器是一强健的控制系统。
