On the background of Dalian Maritame University science and technology information decision support system construction faced with the deficience of data independence and duplication in its many-year used files processing system and the late demands of the new environments against the science and technology managements;This paper analysis detailedly the business activities and function needs of the system and defines that the intelligence and ability dcision system with multi-model peocessing constructive is the optimum solution scheme to realize the system destinations.

本文以海事大学科技信息管理为背景，针对其多年沿用的文件处理系统中数据独立和数据重复等不足以及新环境对科技管理的新要求，详细分析了系统的业务活动和功能需求，确定了建立基于C／S数据处理结构辅以模型程序可视化、数据挖掘等技术的科技管理与决策系统为实现其系统目标的最佳解决方案。

The theme uses structure design of WUHAN DAMING company OAS for example, to actualize GIS and OAS integration exploitation, preferring two settlement ways: firstly, if you wants GIS and other computer system for integration no suture, you must use integration exploitation of GIS fully, and use tools software of GIS and graphic exploitation language in integration re-exploitation;then it is fully to utilize space data, to achieve effective assistant decision-making system;and, to research and to design database of based on metadata technique, distributed data management and share technique.

论文以武汉达明公司的办公自动化系统的结构设计为例，对实现GIS与OAS的集成开发，提出了两种解决办法：一是如果要让GIS 可以很方便地与各种计算机信息系统进行一体化的无缝集成的话，就要充分地利用GIS 的集成开发方式，结合GIS 工具软件与可视化开发语言进行集成的二次开发；二是要充分地利用空间数据，实现有效的辅助决策系统，对基于元数据技术的、分布式的数据管理与共享技术的数据库系统进行研究和设计。

This paper analyses the PKI theory architecture detailedly, combining with researching the information security status quo and the wireless communication systems. On this condition, we put forward the feasible WPKI system, CA sub-system and RA sub-system logical frame diagram and network structure blue print. The technical criterions in the system and core content of WPKI, includes the certificate management(certificate requirement, certificate issue, certificate revocation, certificate query and so on), are discussed at length. In the end, the systems function and performance are tested.
