The aim of this dissertation is to develop a system of basal theories and techniques for three-dimensional GIS based on visualization technology, which resulted from a through studying of the theories on GIS upbuilding and developing and resulted in a three-dimensional visualization system platform.

This article has first designed the hardware of the examination system, chose the appropriate hardware system according to the special production environment and the technics requirement of the Steaming stereotypia. Owing to production line work condition very severe, the temperature and pressure of the air is high, moreover included many corrosive chemical substance, the general industry camera was unable to work in this condition, so it must indirectly obtain a wiredrawing position image through the special lens, then transmitted to the CCD camera by the optical fiber. Transmit the image information to the PC system through the data-acquisition board. analysis the image information by the image-processing software, again send analysis result to the controller.

本文首先对检测系统进行了硬件设计，根据汽蒸定型的特殊生产环境和工艺要求选择了合适的硬件系统，由于生产线的作业条件非常恶劣，空气高温高压，而且含有许多腐蚀性的化学物质，一般的工业摄像机无法工作，只能通过特种镜头间接获得拉丝点位置的图像，然后通过光纤传送到CCD摄像机，拍摄到的图像信息通过图像采集卡传输到PC系统，由图像处理程序对图像信息进行分析，再给控制器输出分析结果。

The paper, concerning the characteristic of engineering and geology, studied the creation of the Xiaolangdi multipurpose project safety-monitoring system. A zoned monitoring system under the control of unique baseline has been proposed. Manu possible monitoring methods, especially, the accuracy of collimation axis、 intersection、 olar coordinate, have been studied in detail to provide the theory foundation of the application of intelligent otal-station instrument automatic monitoring system on Xiaolangdi project.The application of intelligent otal-station instrument, TCA2003, and digital water level,DiNil2, on the dam safety monitoring as well as data automatic recording have been researched extensively. All this research provide the valuable experience to in-situ data collection, automatic transferring, data analysis and treatment and management.

本文结合小浪底工程特点和地质情况，研究了小浪底水利枢纽安全监控基准体系的构建，提出了统一基准控制下的分区测控系统思路；详细研究了可用于小浪底大坝外部变形监测的多种方法，重点分析了极坐标法、交会法和视准线法的精度，为智能型全站仪自动监测系统在小浪底的应用提供了理论依据；重点研究了自动全站仪TCA2003和数字水准仪DiNi12在大坝安全监测中的应用；同时研究了测量信息自动化采集处理系统，为外业监测信息的采集、自动传输和及时处理、管理创造了有利条件。

The appraisal and the finding of current mill condition , the forecasting of conditiontrend ,fault diagnosis 、maintenance strategy arithmetic and decision-making deducingprocess.To enhance software function of equipment management information system, mill condition-based maintenance software aided system is developed,it can save mill condition data into equipment information management platform,through mill software module to analysis sequenced detection data and automaticly give the appraisal of current mill condition , the forecasting of condition trend ,fault diagnosis,maintenance strategy and decision-making suggestion for mill technician as a reference to decide whether tostart mill condition-based maintenance.

在燃煤电厂既有的设备点检和大小修管理信息系统软件平台的基础上，进一步开发磨煤机的状态检修软件支持系统模块，能存储磨煤机的状态点检数据入设备信息管理平台，通过磨煤机状态检修软件支持系统模块对一段时间内的磨煤机点检数据进行处理从而给出磨煤机当前状态的分析与评价，磨煤机状态趋势的预测，磨煤机的故障分析、故障原因查找和解决措施，将最终的维修决策建议提供给磨煤机的专业技术维修人员和管理决策者参考，结合软件分析和人工经验的干预以决定是否开始磨煤机的状态检修。

The embeddes system examinates the condition, displays the information and diagnoses the fault of the locomotive device while the expert system deals with the locomotive device state information and estimates the locomotive operation state by receiving vehicle embedded system.

The expert system, worked on rule, adopted the discharge signal and DC leakage current value as its characteristic parameters, and then diagnosed the insulation state of DC feeder cable by the values of the characteristic parameters.
