This paper presents a technology for ZJ19A cigarette maker's reconstruction. According to the analysis of the weight control system for ZJ19A cigarette maker, a weight controller is designed based on DSP TM5320LF2407A. The method of designing motion controller based on DSP and peripheral equipment are introduced. Furthermore, the transplanting of μC/OS-Ⅱ real time embedded operating system to the system and the creating of tasks are explained at the end. The design actualizes digitalization and miniaturization.

介绍了ZJ19E机组电控系统升级改造中，重量控制系统的设计技术；对ZJ19E机组重量控制系统的工作原理进行了分析，设计出一种基于DSP的重量控制器，给出了重量控制器的设计需要满足的要求，详细介绍了DSP芯片TMS320LF2407A作为控制器的系统及其电路设计，说明了嵌入式实时操作系统μC/OS-Ⅱ在TMS320LF2407A上的移植和抢占式多任务的建立；实现了系统设计的数字化和小型化。

With the intelligent adaptive decoupling control technique employed, the whole intelligent adaptive decoupling control system is designed for coal-pulverizing systems with ball-tube mill and storage bunker. This control system has been realized on the I/A Series DCS of Foxboro, and applied to the coal-pulverizing systems with bali-tube mill and storage bunker in Jinzhou Eastern Power Co. Ltd.,. The automatic control problem has been successfully solved and satisfactory control results have been obtained.

采用智能自适应解耦控制技术，我们设计了完整的基于美国Foxboro公司的I/A Series集散控制系统的针对钢球磨中储式制粉系统的智能自适应解耦控制系统，并且在锦州东港电力有限公司的钢球磨中储式制粉系统上进行了工程实施，成功地解决了钢球磨中储式制粉系统的自动控制问题，取得了令人满意的控制效果。

It's an effective measure of fast valving in improving the dynamic stabilities of power system and preventing the overspeed of steam turbines, but the fast valving technique available can satisfy the need of modern steam turbines no more. On the basis of the new type fluid logic valve, which combines the regulating systems and safety systems happily, the steam turbine EHC based on new principle is put forward, one of its outstanding characteritics is, the fast valving is operating in a closed control loop. For the implementation of control for steam generator regulation and safety systems with nonlinear mult-operating modes, a new methodology for designing a fuzzy logic controller is proposed, which is based on the combination of"error phase plane"and"variable universe of discourse". Application of a double-mode FLC with the new methodology is presented, the validity of the design methodolody is desmonstrated by test; A new methodolody is also presented to improve the design and tuning of a FLC using variable structure control theory.

本文还详细讨论了快关控制在提高电力系统暂态稳定性及超速保护中的应用，分析了现有的快关控制规律的局限性，研究出一种基于新型快关阀的汽轮机电液控制系统，其突出特点是使汽轮机闭环快关成为现实，指出这种基于新的组成原理与设计方法的汽轮机电液控制系统对不同工况下的适应能力；针对汽轮发电机组多工况、非线性的特点，提出一种把&误差相平面&方法与&可变论域&思想有机结合的双模FLC设计与调整的新方法，试验结果表明该系统具有良好的动、静态特性；为改善FLC控制规则的设计与调整，作者还介绍了一种把滑模变结构理论成功应用于模糊系统设计的新方法。
