Terahertz radiation, which is a kind of electromagnetic wave between the infrared and microwave bands, belongs to far-infrared band. THz time-domain spectroscopy which developed in the 1980\'s has the advantages of high signal to noise ratio, obtaining the absorption coefficient and refractive index of the sample at one time , low energy that can not distroy the biology organise and so on.

太赫兹辐射是指频率位于微波和红外光之间的电磁波，属于远红外波段；20世纪80年代发展起来的THz时域光谱技术，具有信噪比高，能同时获得样品的吸收系数和折射率，能量低，不会对生物组织造成破坏等优点，在材料和生物学等领域得到了迅速的发展和广泛的应用。

Firstly, the isotropic difference templates were introduced to approximate the differential in the ADI-FDTD method, and the weighting coefficients of difference terms were determined for implementing isotropic numerical dispersion; Then the permittivity and permeability were adjusted manually to reduce the numerical dispersion error in any directions.
