The main works by this paper are as followings: In allusion to the concentrically braced frame, we make use of the STS program to design structure, after pushover analyzing with the program of SAP2000, through iteration and finally solve the structural influencing coefficientare, displacement coefficient, ductility coefficient and overstrength coefficient, then analyze the homologous variety regulation.

本文研究的主要内容如下：基于现行抗震设计规范，针对V型中心支撑钢框架，采用STS进行结构设计，借助于Sap2000程序进行Pushover静力推覆，通过迭代法求解了结构的结构影响系数、位移放大系数、超强系数、延性系数，并分析相应的变化规律。

The resistance partial factors in design equations are adjusted in order to ensure the target reliability index. The recommended resistance factors are as follows 1.3 and 1.15 for calculating stability of sheet pile and anchorage respectively; 1.4 and 1.35 for calculating strength of sheet pile and tie rool respectively.

为使我国的板桩设计达到目标可靠指标，经过可靠度分析，建议板桩&踢脚&稳定性验算抗力系数调整为1.3，锚碇结构稳定性验算抗力系数、板桩墙抗弯强度作用效应综合分项系数和拉杆拉力分项系数仍分别取为1.15，1.4和1.35。

The testis index, testis volumes were same as the annual changes of testis mass. The curves of annual variation were all unimodality.2 The spermatogenetic cycle of Myospalax cansus comprises seven stages with significant features: Stage I , from February to April, the testis were at the stage of spermatogonia proliferation. In this period, testis index and the number of spermatogonia began to rise. Other spermatogenic cells had not yet formed; Stage II to III, from March to April, primary spermatocyte meiosis period. The testis index was highest in this stage, and spermatogenic cells were in spermatocyte stage, the primary spermatocyte meiosis generated to secondary spermatocyte; Stage IV, from April to May, spermatocytes continued to split, germ cells appeared in seminiferous tubules; Stage V, in May, sperm formation, spermatids of seminiferous tubules were transformed to spermatozoa, a large number of sperms existed in the lumen; Stage VI, spermatozoa emission period, from May to June, testis index were a significant drop and mature spermatozoa excluded gradually; VII, the testicular activity ceased basically from July to September, November to January of the following year, the spermatogenic activity ceased completely. Therefore, Myospalax cansus are animals of seasonal reproduction, spermatogenesis cycle is discontinuous type.

睾丸系数、体积和重量的年周期变化规律一致，变化曲线呈现单峰型。2甘肃鼢鼠雄性生殖腺的年周期活动由7个特征明显的时期构成：Ⅰ期，2～3月份，精原细胞增殖期，睾丸系数开始上升，精原细胞进行有丝分裂，其他生精细胞尚未形成；3～4月份为Ⅱ～Ⅲ期，初级精母细胞成熟分裂期，睾丸系数达到最大，生精细胞大多处于精母细胞阶段，初级精母细胞减数分裂生成次级精母细胞；Ⅳ期，4～5月份精母细胞继续进行分裂，精细胞在生精小管内出现；Ⅴ期，5月份，精子形成期，曲细精管中精细胞变态成精子，在管腔中存在大量的精子；Ⅵ期，精子排放期，5～6月份，睾丸系数显著下降，成熟精子从生精小管上脱离，逐渐排除；Ⅶ期，精原细胞停滞期，7～9月份睾丸生精活动基本停滞，11～翌年1月，生精活动完全停止。

By synthesizing theories of systems engineering, science of talent, talent assessment, performance appraisal and bibliometrics, the author analyzes the qualification structure and performance structure of theachers in military academies and sets up a basic structure and concrete appraisal indicator system of qualifications of technical specialty for teachers in colleges. The author puts forward new appraisal indicators such as "lecuring hours coefficient","republication coefficient","thesis of core journals coefficient" and "citation coefficient". Comparatively complete quantification approaches are invented by the author for working performance of teaching, researching and social service of teachers. Based on this, the author establishes an integrated method to generate the appraisal results. By the application of stadardized processing on the appraisal results and synthetization of weighted indexes, the author solves the addibility and comparability problems of differentiated appraisal results by category or dimensiok, and realizes the amalgamation and comprehensive appraisal of inflexible appraisalresults and flexible appraisal results, and probes into the testification methods of validity, consistency and sensitivity analysis for the indicators system.

综合运用系统工程理论、人才学理论、人才素质测评理论、工作绩效评估理论、文献计量学等原理与方法，分析研究了军校教师的素质结构和绩效结构；建立了高校教师专业技术资格评审条件基本结构和具体评价指标体系，提出了&完成主讲课程课时系数&、&著作重版系数&、&核心期刊论文系数&、&论文被检索引用系数&等若干新的评价指标；提出了比较完整的教师的教学、科研、社会服务等工作业绩的量化方法；以此为基础，建立了评价结果的综合方法，通过对评价结果的标准化处理，运用指标加权综合法，解决了不同类别、不同量纲指标的评价结果的可加性和可比较性问题，实现了硬评价结果和软评价结果的融合和综合评价；探讨了指标体系有效性、一致性、灵敏度分析的检验方法。

The logarithm difference values of partition coefficients of the compounds in butyl ether/water and in cyclohexane/water system were used for the measurement of the Lewis acidity, while the logarithm difference values of partition coefficients in trichloromethane/water and in tetrachloromethane/water system were used for the measurement of the Lewis basicity, and they were used successfully to differentiate the relative strength of Lewis acidity and basicity for 59 benzene and its derivates.

以化合物在正丁醚/水和环己烷/水溶剂体系中分配系数的对数差作为酸性指数，以其在氯仿/水和四氯化碳/水溶剂体系分配系数的对数差作为碱性指数，提出了一种新的度量有机物Lewis酸碱性的方法，按此方法成功地区分了59种苯系物Lewis酸碱性的相对强弱；并成功地将上述酸碱性指数引入定量结构—性质/活性相关研究之中，探讨了苯系物的正辛醇/水分配系数、水溶解度和土壤有机碳吸附系数等常见理化性质与其Lewis酸碱性间的相关性并建立了相应的定量模型，发现它们之间存在良好的相关性。

In this model, the skeletal storage coefficient was used for coupling, different storage coefficient were used for the calculation of storage change of aquifer and interbeds, the elastic and inelastic skeletal coefficients were used to account for the elastic and inelastic deformation, a one-dimensional diffusion equation was used for describing the delayed dissipation of unequilibrated heads within the interbeds, these make the model not only be able to simulate the elastic and inelastic deformation of soil, but also the delay phenomenon.

在该模型中，用夹层的骨架弹性储水系数进行地下水流模型和土体变形模型的耦合，用不同的弹性储水系数来计算夹层和含水层内的储水量变化，用夹层的骨架弹性储水系数和非弹性储水系数来体现夹层的弹性和非弹性变形，用扩散方程来描述滞后夹层内的水头分布，从而使模型能够很好地体现夹层的弹性和非弹性压缩，并能同时考虑夹层变形的滞后现象。

With the support of a major research grant of Zhejiang Province (No. 001101027) and the Plan of Promoting Education of Excellence of Zhejiang University in the 21st Century, this dissertation is devoted to address the above problems and fabricate an L-band EDFA with low cost, high performance and technological innovation.First the mechanism of an erbium doped fiber amplifier is introduced. Various theoretical models based on classical rate propagation equations are summarized and compared for their applications. We use a modified numerical model based on the Giles model, which agrees with the experimental results well. This serves as the theoretical base for the whole thesis and will be used to optimize the characteristics of EDFAs. A novel method based on a map of noise figure and gain is proposed to analyze efficiently the dependence of the noise figure and gain for EDFAs on the EDF length and the pump power. The characteristics of various EDFAs are studied and compared.Secondly, some important parameters are introduced to describe the characteristics of EDFAs. The methods and the experimental setups for measuring the gain and noise figure of an EDFA are emphasized. We introduce how to measure the characteristics of each component of an EDFA, especially the gain and absorption coefficient of an erbium doped fiber.Thirdly, four types of simple and novel L-band EDFA structures with low noise, high gain and low gain ripple are proposed to satisfy the requirement of a DWDM system. They can be classified into two categories. In the first category, a single ASE pumping is served asa secondary pump. This category includes the following three types. Type: a new construction using a fiber Bragg grating in an unpumped EDF section at the input side. Type: a new structure of L-Band EDFA with two-stage pumps, which utilizes the forward ASE as a second pump.

本论文本着科技创新、服务于生产实践的精神，以设计价格低廉，性能优越、结构合理简单的L-band EDFA为目标，依托浙江省科技厅重大科学基金资助项目(001101027)和浙江大学振兴教育计划资助的全光网络的搭建—《光通信技术》课程实验建设项目，展开了如下工作：首先，介绍了掺铒光纤放大器的工作原理，归纳总结了基于速率方程基础的EDFA的各种理论模型，分析比较了各个模型的特点和适用场合，最终选择完善的Giles理论模型作为本论文分析设计EDFA的理论基础；针对实际实验条件提出了修正的EDFA模型的数值计算方法；创新地提出了增益—噪声系数全局分析法，直观有效地分析了EDFA的增益和噪声系数与掺铒光纤长度和泵浦功率的依赖关系，并对各种EDFA的性能作了全面的比较；第二，介绍了掺铒光纤放大器特性参数的定义与测量方法，重点介绍了噪声系数和增益系数的测量方法及实验装置；介绍了组成掺铒光纤放大器各组件的特性测量方法，重点介绍了测量掺铒光纤参数的方法和实验装置；第三，针对WDM系统对L-band EDFA谱平坦、低噪声、高增益的要求，我们创新地提出了四种不同的L-band EDFA结构，按设计思路可以分为两大类：一类是基于单抽运二级泵浦法，这一类包括在未泵浦掺铒光纤的输入端插入一根布拉格光纤光栅的两段L-band的EDFA的新结构；基于前向ASE光作为二级泵浦源推动下一级EDF工作的泵浦分配、两段级联L-band的EDFA的新结构；基于单根光纤光栅、泵浦分配、两段级联的EDFA；另一类则是基于同时应用前后向C-band ASE作二级泵浦源的双抽运法，如基于前后向ASE光作为二级泵浦源的三段级联L-band的EDFA的新结构。
