In greenhouse the pathotype of 41 strains of Vertwilltum dahliae of cotton were studied by maculating the seedlings of 4 different cotton cultivars, EjingNo. 1~ Zhong-12 WcnS and TangmianNo.2. 41 stains were clustered into 2 groups: defoliating types and nondefoliating types.
